Review 1：Hotel is full of enormous cockroaches :/ Staff said that`s normal and they refused to give us back the money for second night. We just left the hotel and lost money

Review 3：The bungalows are adequate, although a little tired in places. The sofa in the lounge had a fusty smell to it, perhaps because used as a bed for a third person.

Review 9：It's true that rooms aren't very clean but for 25 € you have an appartment, a terrasse, 3 beautiful pools, a supermarket in the complex, and 3 awesome bars. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The outdoor is beautiful, and very clean.
Review 10：The rudeness of the reception ( day ) lady. We were there for a week and our room didn't get cleaned till the day before we were checking out! We even had to ask for loo roll!

Review 12：The accommodation was very very basic, no home comforts at all. The bungalow needed a complete renovation everything looked old and tired.

Review 14：The apartment felt very old and dated. The front door was the first sign that everything is in need of modernisation. The cleanliness was ok not perfect but liveable for one night. I put friends into the apartment and they said they certainly wouldn't want to have been there any longer. There may be nicer apartments than the one they stayed in, which was number 30.

Review 17：2 room bungalow with a lot of space and everything that ist necessary, incl. kitchen, fridge, microwave and so on. I didn't expect it so good equipped for this price.
Review 18：-Self catering facilities in the room I was in, were insufficient. No microwave or oven. -One or the pools should be for adults only. -The location of the hotel means that you get the planes coming in to land and they can be LOUD! -The beach is a man made beach spoiled by hundreds of blue sunbeds and umbrellas! -Finally, the food is to much geared towards the brits. Finding a proper Spanish tapas restaurant was like looking for a needle in a haystack!
Review 19：The facilities. The complex has 3 large pool areas and a Pool bar. Everywhere is clean. It could do with a little work though as some areas are looking a little tired. But it is all very pleasant. Zanzibar was a lovely place to have a drink after an exhausting day lying on a sunbed :-) And I loved the glorious sunshine that we had every day!

The gym at the complex was closed, though fortunately I found another local boxing gym, run by a guy called Adam, which was great!
Review 49：The standard of accommodation was really good, and an absolute bargain at a rate of £20 per night! The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, especially one of the guys on reception called Alexia.
Review 50：There was not electricity after 11pm and not water at 9am in the morning. The lobby closed at 11pm and not a 12am. There was not soap in the bathroom.
Review 51：We used these bungalows on the first and last nights of our holiday as our accomodation was in the south of the island and our flights arrived late and left early. These bungalows are fantastic value for money and the one we stayed in at the end of our holiday was even better than the one we had at the beginning. The bungalow was number 4 and was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The shower was amazing, very modern, the bed was HUGE, no air con but very good fans. When we checked in, a very nice young man, Aziel, changed our bungalow for us from number 73, which is near the bar, to number 4. He said that as it was Sunday, the bar finishes at midnight anyway, but when we said that we needed to be up early for our flight, he was very understanding and kindly moved us. Customer care like this from Aziel (and Flavia mentioned in a previous review) is very important to us, even though we were only paying £20 a night! Amazing!!!! There is aeroplane noise as you are so near the airport but they don't start until 7.30a.m. There is a nice, clean pool area but we weren't there long enough to use it. If we ever need a budget holiday, we will definately use these bungalows again, also as a convenient start and end to a holiday in the south. Everyone seemed totally relaxed and chilled out.

It was extremely easyand comfortable and its central location allowed easy access to thenorth and south extremities of the island as well as easy evening visitto the nearby town. Review 112：Unfortunately we could not use the kitchen really as the hot plates didn't get hot enough to cook anything on them. The shower head in the bathroom needs to be changed. It might sound a bit picky, but working in the hotel industry myself, I think this is fair to mention.
