Review 1：No way of making coffee in the room, and bar closed earlier than advertised, with no room service at night - not good. We were not allowed to smoke on the room veranda, which is very unusual.

Review 10：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was great, lovely and clean, as was the pool, the free parking was a nice surprise. Great location - just around the corner from quiet coves and the main beach was only 10 minutes walk away. Lovely restaurants within 2-3 minutes stroll. Great value for money. We will definitely be going back.

Review 11：Food was cooked at another hotel and, therefore, not replaced immediately it ran out. Bacon arrived just as you were leaving. Very poor choice, particularly at breakfast. Few staff. Bar not open all day.

Review 17：this place is amazing, guy on reception very helpful,free secure parking as well.we booked what we thought was a twin bedroom and bathroom.what we got was a huge end apartment with a huge terrace over looking the sea,with sun loungers and 2 tables and 4 chairs on the terrace .the apartment was spotless and had everything you needed,the bathroom was amazing and the shower was fab.beautiful pool area, buffet dinner was lovely and the waiter / barman was really nice and helpful.room had heating has it gets cold in the evening in october so was thankful for that.the location is fab, sofas are very comfy and the beds are very comfy also, even had extra pillows, great nights sleep.!! 10 mins walk from the bars / restaurants and shops so no night noise. we live and work in spain and tend to try and get away quite often for 1 or 2 nights and have been to several places but this hotel (2hours from us) by far is the best and we shall return for a longer stay next time, this hotel is worth every penny and a great place to chill. loved it.

Review 62：The location of this hotel is excellent and it is only a short walk to a superb and safe beach which is lined with top quality bars and restaurants. The free parking is a real plus. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but everywhere is scrupulously clean. The bedroom was spacious with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water. We did have a problem with one of the beds which creaked with every slight move which resulted in my husband and I sharing a (large) single bed for two nights. The manager has promised to get this fixed in room 220. The TV in the room showed a good selection of channels including BBC and ITV along with other language programmes. Food was really good with a choice of dishes at breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the Hotel Ifach in December and can honestly say that the food there wasn't as good as the Galetemar The staff, particularly Vanessa and Juanan went out of their way to accommodate the needs of the guests. Although we didn't use the pool, other guests did as it was heated and cleaned early every morning. The area around the pool was a real suntrap and again very clean and tidy. The hotel was basically a perfect base for us for our short break. Highly recommended.

Finally said he could offera double room with salon for extra money (I think about 40-50euros/day?). Although it was not what we requested, he let a note tothe receptionist for next day that we wish room with salon for extramoney!! Finally we stayed in the twin room, but they brought doublestyle sheets :-)) Sea-sight is first to the pool and some buildings (seais on the horizon; I think the pictures are pretty old). Sea-sight roomsare probably very limited, probably for extra money (?) Maybe apartments(?), don't know, we saw some old people watering their flowers onbalcoons. We had room sight right on the hotel's parking :-)Brekfast good but didn't include any vegetables or salads!! At all!!(Except some limited garlic :-) We were said that's for lunch. Ifyou wish sandy beach near hotel, do not go there. The small beach nearhotel is just full of fresh/dry algae in dense layers and rocks. Theclosest really sandy beach is about 15 minutes walking.
