Review 1：Didn't sort out the hot tub until the day before we came home so didn't get to use it! A fair way from square in the town. Taxis make up the cost each day!

Review 9：The resterant on site could be better, one expects good quality of food from Spain and this resterant don't deliver. I ordered king prawns expecting something special as we are near the sea!! The prawns I was served were from Iceland re manufactured meat not the real thing!!! Very disapointed. A good idea would be a bus service to the beach.

Review 10：The apartment was very well equipped, big and good bathrooms. The resort is very clean and impressive, the pools and gardens well kept. Very quite all round a good experience.

Review 11：Really dissapointed with this resort. Its advertised as a aparthotel but does not have any of the services you would expect from a hotel. Our apartment was a reasonable size but the walls were dirty and the furniture old and worn. We were there for 11 days and the rooms were cleaned once, there is no bed linin or towel change, you have to pay extra, so spent alot of time washing and cleaning. They even charge 10 euros to use the hairdryer. We had a penthouse so could dry the linin but there were no pegs to hang the washing up so along with having to buy cleaning products had to buy pegs too. The roof terrace was filthy with broken sun beds and weeds growing through the tiles. The two sunbeds which were not broken were old and dirty so we had to clean these too. The balcony was quite small and was covered by a large palm tree. The view wasnt great, you are surrounded by other apartments. There are pools but no sunbeds or parasols. The photos on booking.com are misleading, the large pool surrounded by palm trees and the white restauraunt/bar are at their beach resort nearly an hour away and you even have to pay extra to use it. The clubhouse was ok but not much going on, so you definitley need a car to escape for the nught. Its not really a place to go for a relaxing holiday, I certainly wouldnt recommend it, especially when they charge 5 star rates and you get 1 star facilites and services. The worst holiday I have ever had. We complained but they were not interested in resoving our issues.

Review 28：P&o hot water and locks on the balcony. Repacked luggage moved to another apartment with single balcony where we had no sun all day hot water worked but the lock to the balcony still broken. We had no choice but to close all shutters each time we went to sleep or left the apartment. No shops or small cafés or bars to relax on this supposed resort needed care to drive into Los alcazares 5 min by car 20-25 mins by foot if you are old carrying shopping. Thankfully we had a car.

Review 30：Everything was great, although the apartment is on quite a large estate and there is only one tiny shop, which isn't of course 24/7. Not a problem for us. Main Shops not far away.
