Review 1：offered wrong apartment, ground floor next to bar music,refused this offered a better ground floor which we had to accept. we had booked apartment with a balcony we were not offered expect part refund from you as we did not receive what was paid for or described

Review 3：We were given a studio facing the north, which during a winter holiday wasn't what we had been looking forward to. No sun at all on the terrace! And with the prevailing NE winds we received the full blast. And a cold. The studios are built so closely together that lack of winter sun is the same for many studios. Good for shade during a summer holiday, but in December... Halfway during our stay we could move to a studio dacing south.
Review 4：It's smack in the middle of the Caleta leisure district with lots of bars and restaurants.
Review 5：Apartment was not as well equipped as we would have liked, and the terrace was a public thoroughfare to other rooms. Safe jammed, boiler leaked and needed replaced. Beds and sofa uncomfortable, and room was noisy at night.

Also life guard on duty when pool is open. Bar/Restaurant is possibly the most popular in the area. Live music every night. Would definitely go back and would have no hesitation to recommend to a friend.

Review 11：Having to go to a different hotel for meals and although they are same group not as friendly. I booked to go to the zoo for 6 people cost £243 then went to print out ticket computer crashed so they wouldn't help me print ticket so we missed the bus. They told me to go find Internet cafe!!! I already paid two Euros for computer before no signal came on so they should of printed it for me very bad customer service! This was in calletta gardens the meal place. Went back to my hotel and they did it no problem. Beds are hard that is true. It's a basic appartment but value for money and would go back. Drings need to be included with evening meal it's silly charging for basis drink and can become costly eg 6 drinks of water 10 euro each day and for each round of water. Not much to do but very rekaxing and sunny

Review 13：Some apartments are close together and noisy guests can be a problem. If you have a balcony or private seating area it is fine. The accommodation is "tired" and needs some money spending to smarten it up.

Don't expect 5*, booking a 2* The apartments would need some repairing/refreshing (shower, lamps, outside doors, fridge,...) but that does not spoil the stay anyway ;) 3. If planes traffic bothers you, choose another location ... Our children enjoyed watching planes in the sky all day long though :p
Review 32：The place is great. The pool is nice.The terrace excepcional (especially with a toddlers). The location is perfect: beaches at 5 min walking. Bus station is at 10 min walking (from there you can easily reach airport, Puerto del Rosario, Corralejo, El Cotillo, Jandia. Betancuria,...) Supermarkets and restaurants in the same street As well as rental cars. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the place

Review 40：On my second last day I found 3 cockroaches in my room, out of which one wast huge. I wanted to complain about this, but after 10 PM there's no one at the reception and no way to contact anyone. I went to Caleta Garden which apparently has the same owner. There I was treated awful, they didn't even want to call anyone who could help with this problem. I ended up sleeping in my rented car and the next day when I went to the reception of the hotel, they didn't solve anything. I really do not recommend it if you can't stand the roaches.

I had to ask and clarify what was going on rather than someone explain it to us.

Review 69：When we checked in we were told hotel was full and were moved to a sister hotel. This wasn't acceptable to us and two days later we complained and were moved back to the Puerto. We had specifically booked the Puerto Caletta & thought it was unacceptable to be placed elsewhere.

Review 71：The kitchen was not well equipped. We missed oven and kettle. The smoking was allowed in the rooms, so we needed to change our first room to another because of terrible smell. Fortunately staff was very helpful. Our terrace was situated right next to public sidewalk and base of maintenance so we did not have enough privacy.

Review 73：Due to an overbooking in Puerto Caleta I was lodged in another hotel of the same company (Caleta Garden) The quality of this apparthotel was inferior to our booked hotel and although I was offered free breakfast as a compensation my score remains POOR.

Review 75：Paid WiFi working only in Reception area (not in the apartments) during working hours usually until 8 PM (7 Euro per day!). You have to pay extra for kettle, toaster, safe, TV channels, etc. Clean but very dated property. If you stay on the ground floor be prepared that people will pass by all day and night long dragging their suitcases in front of your door (all ground floor apartments located on the path to and from reception area). Units at the back: their terraces literally at the street level separated from the main street and a public pavement with a tiny strip of grass only. You feel like living on the street and not safe at all.

Review 83：With it being the 6th visit to the beautiful Isle we knew the resort inside out. The Puerto Caleta staff are second to non! They cannot do enough for you!! Our first room was noisy as it was next to the bar but we requested a room change and the staff couldn't oppologise enough and moved us the next day to a silent room! Like a car insurance policy, you don't know how good they are until you make a claim! Utterly superb! Pool area wonderfully clean, room cleaned every day to a very high standard!
Review 84：It seems these apartments frequently take your booking and money then try to change you on arrival to their cheaper apartments up the road as if its perfectly acceptable!!! which of course it is not. As we had researched this and read other reviews we were ready for it and stuck to our guns and demanded to stay at the place we had booked and paid for, which after a wait of a further 2 hours they managed to accommodate us ( 13 of us all together 7 children ) Not really what you need when you have been up since 4am !!! We had previously e mailed them several times as we were a party of 13 and were there for Christmas + New Year. so needed it to be right. We saw many people being sent to the other hotel during our 2 week stay there !!! This needs to be looked at as it seems to be the norm !!! Also the usual moans of there being no toaster, kettle etc but this were aware of this before arriving

Review 109：The kitchen was very basic and you had to hire a kettle or toaster if you needed one, the microwave and hob took forever to heat any food! The worst part by far was the constant loud noise coming from the resorts pool bar " the Lord nelson" which not only had the same things blaring out every night till very late but they spoilt the evenings out on the terrace with there tired old acts night after night including the hostess Katherina who was the worst by far, her constant warbling was enough to make you sleep with earphones in, Amy whinehouse she is not. We first stayed at the Puerta caleta when we first visited the island some 6 years ago and loved it apart from the Lord Nelson which we avoided having been there once, that was enough! We will always come back to the caleta area but not again to this hotel, which is a shame.

Review 113：Lack of customer service I burnt my self on their broken cooker. There was no customer care they refused to call an ambulance. The accommodation was terrible. Cracked tiles, broken glass shower screen that fell on my little girl. It was noises. Insect infested absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
