Review 1：size of bath ,extractor in bath room very loud air con not very poor ,even set on max had no toaster when we arrived and later we had to change kettel it kept tripping the power off

Review 7：The only negative came on the morning of checkout. The lady on reception was incredibly rude & spoke to us in a very inappropriate manner. Up until that point we'd found all the staff very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately this lady let El Pinar down with her attitude.

Review 13：The apartment across the road we stayed in stank of chemicals to mask the massive damp issue so much so that it woke me up coughing at night. I was worried about my child breathing it in too! Toxic!! Also the noise in the morning from the maids was terrible!!! Zero consideration and only one of them managed a smile...Stay in main hotel. I don't normally complain but I wouldn't like others to experience this!

Review 15：The wifi in this hotel is very poor. Normally i would not care about this but becsuse i needed to organise flights home it was really difficult for me. There are two internet cafes in the village but you are restricted to there opening hours. I had an emergency and required wifi if not this would not have bothered me.

Review 16：I booked el pinar apartments for myself and my two children aged two and seventeen. I orginally booked for four nights in a small studio. The studio was beside the forest and was very peaceful and quiet. The beach and shops were only a short walk away. The pool area was lovely and very well looked after. I missed my flight home and booked an extra night in order to find another flight home. The staff were excellent. Unfortunatly i was unable to find a flight the following fay and every hotel was booked out in cala llonga that night. Tina on reception allowed myself and two children to stay in the penthouse at a reduced price. I cannot tell you the relief to be able to have somewhere for myself and children to stay whilst waiting for our flight the following morning. I would recomend this hotel for families and couples and would book again in the future.

Review 27：I did not like the arguments with reception every day over poor management issues with overbooking,we were told that we could not stay for the first day of our holiday and they wanted to send us to san Antonio....40 miles away! We weren't the only ones that this happened to.

Review 29：Been here twice now, love it! Lovely relaxing, quiet resort with a few bars and places to eat. The hotel had renewed the kitchenette and the bathroom in our apartment which was fantastic!

Review 32：The decoration of the rooms s very poor, the furniture very old and old fashioned, boy only in the rooms but also in the bar, the cleaning of the rooms was terrible. The cleaners don't clean, just change towels. Facilities in the kitchen not working and rusty.

Review 35：Very nice family hotel located right at the beach. Rooms were clean and we got clean towels every day. The hotel is close to a few nice restaurants, not a very big village but you can find everything you need here. Excellent for a holiday as a family or couple.

Housekeeping works fine.(Everyday they cleaned the room), The only thing that they can make it better/improve is the materialfor kitchen...you ll enjoy it...
