Review 1：Looking out the window you would see only the roof of the restaurant with noisy ventilation machines. Room could have used some more cleaning.

Review 2：Great, comfy bed and very good breakfast buffet.

Review 3：In attic it is VERY hot. The 2 propellers don't do the trick. The many steep stairs to get to this attic room. Windows can't be opened when even shortly (breakfast) away as intruders can easily access it thru the roof from 1st floor.

Review 8：We were placed in the last free double room, on the exact opposite end from the reception - WiFi was still flawlessly quick! The breakfast was really nice too. The staff was very sweet!

Review 9：Not perfect wi-fi connection, the waitress in the restaurant poorly spoke English. The lady serving breakfast didn't speak English at all. Noisy from the road if windows open. Reserved a room with two double beds - got two rooms with one double bed and one bunk bed. Restaurant is quite expensive.

Review 13：Wi-Fi is still very weak in rooms. We booked 4-people room, but we got 2 double rooms - it was not an issue for us as the rooms were next to each other and our kids are 7 and 10, still I assume it could be a problem for a family with young kids - please do not consider this remark as my negative comment but rather as a warning for others who would not accept such a change.

Review 14：It looks like the management considered seriously most of negative comments that were published at booking.com. Staff was available also after 6 PM (on 1 May); they were prepared to have great number of guests during breakfast (no problems with place / food). Close to Heide Park (5 minutes drive). Spacious rooms. Variety of food at breakfast. Responsive staff (some of them speak also Polish). Restaurant open till 10 PM (on 1 May) with good local food and fantastic beer.

Review 15：reception closes at 22:00 hours, there is a check in terminal, but it was out of order. At breakfast, there was not enough personel for cleaning the tables, helping the guests, refilling etc... At the breakfast buffet some items were not refilled, you couldn't ask because the personel wasn't present, I needed to find my coffee myself or wait 15 minutes

Review 17：The four bed room = 1 pull out couch bed. NOT Cool at all. Then we had to pay FULL price for 2 kids (7,9 yo). Room was in a loud area herd people walking all night. Then at b-fast had to sit a dirty table and split from our group.

Review 25：What we really dont i thing we need more space to describe it, however, I'll try to be brief. The staff was very umpleasant, we had to wait in the front until we went to the restaurant to look for somebody. The woman who helped us was very unfriendly and arrogant. She didnt enven apologize for delay. In breakfast i had to get up and lok for the waitres and asked for coffee (since they have to bring it to the table). The room had a very nice view to the roof of the kitchen with a nice smell of food and greasse the whole time. We were cooking us jn the room, bit could not open the window because we didn't want to smell to food. Unfortunately we had the room for two nights and were not able to change it. We had flies the whole time in the room and there were already some dead smached against the walls. The mattress was like from the Flitnstonnes from the stone age, harder than a rock. The sexond night we could not even sleep anymore i had a terrible pain on my neck and back for three days. How can they charge so espensive for a hotel tha i can sleep better in my car and dont pay so much. The pillows, they better put nothing. This hotel is a total SHAME. I don not recommend this hotel even to nobody. Is not worth the price or the 3 day pain on your back and neck.

Review 61：Not things that we didn't like as such but notable in our minds when completing this. Pillows - cushion size but filled with a thimble of stuffing - very amusing really. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but no issues getting from the bar.

Staff spoke either very good English or enough to fill the many gaps in our German and all made us feel very welcome. We used this as a base to visit the Luhmuhlen Horse Trials only 30 minutes away so location close to the E45/A7 was ideal. Would happily stay here again.

Review 64：Landhaus Eden is a beautiful place for spending the weekend, very close to Heide Park Soltau. It has also a restaurant where one can enjoy good food and local beer. The traditional architecture of the house is impressive.
