Review 1：only thing was the coldness at this time of year on the bare feet to floor, but alround, i loved this hotel, very much.
Review 2：likes the general service, but especially the buffet arrangement and staff. liked the comfort of the room, floor was a bit cold. bed and covers very comfortable. clealiness was very very good, room was serviced every dasy--gopod good. all staff from cleaners up to manager and night time staff, great. my fiancee and our child , when we together return to alfaz/albir, first on list will be the euroa hoel for sure, loved it a real sanctuarry for me, quite and clean, wonderfull place to stay--wow for me.
Review 3：The rudeness of the reception staff, the dust building up around the building, broken shower head and Spanish guests who like to stand in the exit/street when you try leaving the car park. Oh and the view!
Review 4：The bed was comfortable, lots of drawers for our toddler to hide our luggage in and the exit was a relief.

Review 13：The actual road it is on is quite run down, the area is a little seedy. The rooms are a little cramped as is the pool area. Trams finish at 1am so its not great to come back late from Benidorm

Review 15：We liked the location, just outside Benidorm. The breakfast was exceptional; a mixture of continental and full English. On 2 circular bus routes serving Altea,Albir and Benidorm for 1.5 euros. Nice swimming pool which was never over crowded.

Review 22：Just Small things i neg: A barking/sad dog. only 1, but a hole night from a hotel-room(The owner was a way).Difficult for the personal, to do anything about such a thing. The refrigerator in the room was cheap an did nearly not work,(I like go shopping some fruit/ chocolate). A little to small pool (but clean) if you like to swim. But the only negative about living there is, you have to cross several s road nonlegal, to go somewhere. It is not the Hotel fault!!, just a little sad for the hotel. Because, it near!! everything; train, buss, consumer stores, and a when your first over the roads it is nice all! way down to Albir/Altea. A first we both thought was a little unpersonly , to check-in: Some sitting in a tv-cave, talking in a loudspeaker , and sending in and out passport tv/ac controls, "where have you come" is the first thoughts that spring in your mind,, :)
Review 23：God service, and good personal. Good food(breakfast) Clean No problems with the AC or anything. Light room You could take a real bath in the rooms. Very much value for the money.
Review 24：Asked for 2 singles on top floor, got a double on first floor? Booking said inc a balcony but only got a window. Bathroom very dated & the bath was small, bathroom smelt, TV old portable style & only had 2 channels that worked. Fridge did not work. Air con started to drip water quite a lot & loudly in the night & we had to turn it off as it was dripping onto the TV! Hotel very noisy all night so little sleep. WIFI was free but very slow with a weak signal in our room, so not worth using.
Review 25：Good Location, nice pool, free parking, good price inc breakfast, although it was cold. Staff were friendly & spoke good English. Bed was comfy. Room was very hot so it was good we had air-con.
Review 26：Noicy motorway just near of the hotel. Doorlocks didn't work like they should, so the customers have to bang the doors all the night long. The breakfast was lousy. Poor connections, taxi was the only way get to city.

Staff very efficient and friendly and inclusive breakfast was good - best croissant I have had in Spain! Free car parking which is manned at night. Very nice play area and pool plus a good bar. As I said 'what's not to like?'

Review 77：Lots of little things were a bit annoying. A few maintenance issues with the room, AC wasnt cooling the room enough and as it was the middle of Aug we found it too hot. Rooms could do with a paint & definitely new carpets. You have to pay for towels for the swimming pool 1euro!! The price we paid for the hotel they cant even offer that complimentary. Pool is nice but not enough sun loungers however if you're lucky enough to grab one its more comfortable on the grass as there aren't any cushioning for the beds. Its about 15 min walk to the nearest metro which is fine but if you have a car you have to pay 20euro a day for parking in the hotel which is very unfair. There are roads outside to park but all require permits. However all parking spaces are free for the month of August and we found that out ourselves - not from the hotel, after we had paid for parking for 2 days.
