Review 1：The hotel is centrally located and comes with nice Suites and friendly personell. Exercise facilities and a small rooftop pool is of course additional comfort.

Review 2：Air conditioning did not work and was not able to be fixed. Smoking area out side hotel is under room windows, leading to air contamination. More of a problem as AC didn't work.

Review 8：When ever I go to San Juan I stay at the Del Bono. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the apartment is roomy and comfortable with basically new beds, it is located well and they have a varied breakfast. I enjoy the option of cooking something if I want to in the small kitchen.

Review 9：The room was very modern and of a good standard. It was one of the rare places we stayed on our two week trip where we had a kitchen, so it was lovely to cook a simple meal for ourselves. The kitchen was pretty basic though. The hotel was also very central, being just off the main square in San Juan.

Review 10：I booked here because it had wifi and it did not work at all. Verydisappointed. We requested a car from the hotel to go to the airport andit arrived 25 minutes late. Almost missed the flight. Receptionpersonnel slow and not very efficient.

The worst is the pool very dirt and the gym is terrible, one of the reason I decide to go to your hotel is because of the gym...but very dissappinted when I get there...nono of the machines are in good conditions and none are modern at all....you got "zero" on that."
