Review 1：The kitchen was fully-equipped with pans and cutlery etc. and fine for preparing breakfast and cooking a simple meal. The drains smelt a bit as you entered the room, but this wasn't too bad.
Review 2：It was very comfortable and conveniently near the old quarter. Really clean, spacious room and huge, comfortable bed. Bathroom was really clean. The price for 3 nights was really competitive and I'd definitely stay again.

Y la iluminación de bombillas era claramente insuficiente. En el baño costaba arreglarse o afeitarse, en la cocina no se veía bien para cocinar y comer...

Review 11：Unloading or drop-off anywhere near the hotel is not possible. If you have a lot of luggage you are in trouble. Beware if walking distances with luggage is an issue for you. Public secure parking is good but several streets away. Despite asking beforehand we were misled about the location. It seemed to me that the staff is trained to not let you know about this problem. The bedroom and bathroom are fine but the lounge and kitchen facilities are dreadfully inadequate. There are virtually no utensils and it is not really possible to cook. At best, it is only practical for heating something up. For young students, fine .... maybe! In the living area you have to sit at a very uncomfortable dining set. Sleep well but get out!!

Review 15：Could not find the second reservation for a group of four only one reservation was found and air con was not working after pleading that we had a 81 year old couple with cane with us part of the 2nd reservation they could not find they made up a spare room but three had to sleep in one bed and the other on the floor no aircon worked in this room either a nightmare no parking and extremely steep streets made it difficult for senior citizens to cope

Review 25：No reception and we were not advised before we arrived that you have to call the hotel in order to be checked-in. Make sure you carry a cell phone with you so that you can call. Staff did not advise us of internet password so make sure you ask for it when you arrive otherwise staff are nowhere to be found.

Review 27：It was a sureprisely good accommodation for these money. We booked a room for 4 persons but got two rooms 3+2 with an exit to the patio. sunrise, up on the hill, was amazing. Really nice stuff.
Review 28：The cleaners avoided like the plague during our five night stay - ok, I can make my own bed but it would have been good to get clean towels half way through our break. As to emptying the bin and providing toilet rolls - it would have been a plus. The wonderful location negates the need to moan though

Review 30：The employee was the most helpful guy. We forgot a jacket with all our money, cards and documents in the apartment and only realized two hours after leaving Caceres. We called the reception and he went on to the other building to verify if it was there. Upon finding the jacket he called us immediately and told us he would wait for us. He waited until after his working hour, and gave us the jacket. Nothing was missing. Our whole stuff was there untouched; the money, the cards and the documents.
Review 31：No parking spaces available. Public parking is expensive and some distance away. The rooms are quite dark, with most windows facing a wall.

Review 40：The mananger and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with establishing our internet connection and the manager was very helpful fixing the problem for us. The location was excellent and value for money.
Review 41：(1) The fridge was dirty and smelt; in both rooms (we travelled with my husband's elderly parents) the kitchen equipment was dirty and/or incomplete; our floor was dirty; the grill was filthy. (2) The location of the hotel is not ideal as there is no adjacent parking so everyone has to walk their cases through the streets, open up very steep steps to the available parking, which can be some distance away. (3) you need the apartments to be manned: the system of ringing ahead is inconvenient because the traveller may be making an international call to someone who cannot speak their language; and our experience of booking out was awful. No-one came when we rang to book out, we were directed by the cleaner to the h2 hotel, and when we got there there was no-one on reception and after a wait of 20+ minutes, there was a queue of cross people. The room was charged to my British credit card when I wanted to pay by cash but by then I was so cross I just wanted to leave. We had left our elderly companions in the monumental area to save them the walk back, but we were so delayed that they were very distressed.
Review 42：The central location near to the monumental area and the main plaza isvery convenient; having your own apartment with cooking facilities isvery easy and convenient, and good for those on a budget. The rooms andbathroom are a good size, the beds are comfortable.
