Review 1：Rooms very small by Spanish standards. Mattresses saggy with lumpy pillows. fridge in our room (512) had broken door handle so tricky to open. too much furniture in the tiny lounge! No fans or air con.. will defo be too hot to sleep in summer. Ok for a couple of nights but defo not a week or a fortnight! I believe the front block facing the road has been renovated to inc air con.. hopefully they follow suit with the rest of the hotel.

Review 2：Fantastic location for the beach which was just 30 seconds walk away! Reception staff very nice. Room overlooking pool with nice private terrace. Hotel clean. kitchen well equipped. Bathroom good size with good water pressure. Not bad hotel but needs renovating.

Review 3：Very hard to find. No parking close. Lots of ants in the room. Awful smell of insect repellents in the room. Dark bedroom with no window.

Review 13：Didn't like the fact that you were only allowed to have soft, non-fizzy drinks for breakfast. When I wanted a non-alcoholic, non-fizzy drink for either lunch or dinner I was told that I couldn't have one unless I was a child! I was, though, "allowed" water! Also, I felt that I'd have fitted in better if I'd been German. If I spoke to a waiter/waitress in my best Spanish, they replied in German as most of the guests were from Germany. The food was plentiful but very average.

Review 14：Liked the small size of the hotel - didn't have to walk miles to the restaurant. Location, although on the main road, has plenty of free parking nearby and is a short walk to the beach. Nice balcony over-looking the pool.

Review 38：We booked a triple room but the third bed was not made at time of arrival there was staff to make it. I got bed linnen but I had to make it myself.

Review 40：The Wifi was too expensive. But there is a bar across the street with free Wifi. If you are looking to be connecte constantly I recommend getting a Vodaphone Yu card from Vodafone Sometimes there was no one to be seen at the bar. No arehucas and no malibu substitute in the all-inclusive formula :(.

Review 41：The staff is friendly and always tried to help. I got to print my ticket at the reception for free (after I mailed it to them). There is a variaty of "white product" alcohol included in the all-inclusive. They could make more cocktials with the juices and alcohol. Avoid the whiskey. If you ask for a sangria with ice get them to add some brandy in the end.

Actually we were positively surprised that our apartment was cleaned 5 days in a week. Will recommend to everyone especially to couples and families with young children.

When we booked inApril we'd requested a pool view room, however we were only notifiedby email on October 15th that only a street view room was available. (Bythat time we were already in Fuerteventura on the first half of ourholiday. Even at that we'd no way of knowing before arrival howawful the street view would be, making use of the balcony practicallyimpossible.)Despite the hotel advertising Wi-Fi availability in rooms, we were told on arrival there was no Wi-Fi availability on our side of the hotel!Were told we could use hotel 'guest' computer in lobby with free Wi-Fi access, but the Wi-Fi was 'blocked' when we went to use it. We were told someone would try to fix it 'tomorrow'.Wi-Fi access was essential to us and was a key factor in our having originally selected Relaxia Jandia Luz.Due to the volume of parked cars in the area it was difficult to park anywhere close to the hotel. My daughter has restricted mobility (blue badge holder). When I asked if there were any disabled parking spaces close by, I was told no but also got the impression this was viewed as a strange request! :-) This is odd as we came across many disabled parking places elsewhere (including at hotel entrances) during our fortnight stay in Fuerteventura.Rented room safe - it didn't work. Was told someone would look at it 'tomorrow'.No kettle in room - when queried was told 'this is Africa, not Europe'. :-)I'm perfectly prepared to believe that - had we stayed - there would have been several things about the hotel we would have liked. I should stress that the one hotel staff member we met was polite and quite friendly. However our initial impressions both of the hotel and Morro del Jable were so poor that we cancelled our one-week's booking and checked out after one night.

Review 58：Todo hemos estado muy a gusto. Los apartamentos a pesar de no ser delujo ni nuevos, tienen buen mantenimiento y cuentan con todo lo quepuedes necesitar. La localizacion es perfecta, cerca de la playa y delpueblo que esta bastante bien. Os aconsejo comer o tomar unas tapitas enla bodega de jandia, en la calle principal del pueblo. Bueno y barato!

Review 59：Having had 2 appartments during our stay,I can confirm that the matressare, as one other customer worded it "awful". You can feel thesprings protruding through. They really need to be changed.

Review 60：A very quick and pertinant intervention on behalf of the manager, wholikes to see his customers satisfied, this same manager looks afterentertainments on Wednesday evenings as he plays the guitar and sings.The biggest and best factor for us was that the hotel lives up toit's name "Relaxia" as there is no load noise around thepool, and one can really relax, even have a snooze in the sun afterlunch. Loud music and game are the downfall of most hotels in sunnyplaces, but not everyone wants constant soliciation to play silly games.Well done Relaxia, it was a near perfect holiday, just the beds needsome attention.
