Review 1：Horrible service by a woman working in the bar.i arraived late and was able to Buy food in closed rest. Nearby, since the hotels kitchen was not open. Got back to the bar baught a Beer but was not allowed to eat the food there . Three persons in the bar lots of free tables. So i had to take the food and my beer up to the room....

Review 3：wifi work badlly , swingpool cold and had only 4 chairs, dressing rooms and showers of the supposedly spa there was no separation of gender and there were no lockers for clothes. Very bad!!

Review 4：The hotel offers some renovated rooms that are fairly good, however we were located in the old part with the rooms being smaller with 80 style old and small bathrooms. Try to avoid the non-renovated rooms! WIFI is a pain. You need an access code for each device separately and for unknown reasons you are disconnected every now and then - we had to log on min. 8-10 times a day.

Review 8：Personel are kind and helpful. The room size is comfortable and it is clean. We did not get breakfast so I can not comment on it. Wi fi was perfect. 400 meters walking distance to Goldberg S1 Station for going to airport and Stuttgart city centre. I can higly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Review 9：Very unusual menu in the dining room which contained nothing we wanted to eat, and we are fairly easy going in that regard. No airconditioning other than a thermostat on the wall which must be for winter heating as there was no sign of any air vents etc.

Review 10：The young female receptionist we first encountered when we arrived was extremely friendly & helpful. She went out her way to print a map for us & show us the best way to get to the Mercedes Factory for our tour. Others were not so friendly but all did their jobs well. We only stayed here for one night and didn't explore the local area very much other than to find something for an evening meal which we found at an outdoor eatery in a square behind the hotel. Breakfast was extra but had a good selection.

Loud Bars next to them and with NO AC we couldn't open the window as there is no screen to prevent insects from getting in . Elevator doesn't work property and is very tide . Bad location ,really no value for the money paid . You should have checked the hotel , there is no way this hotel is 4 stars , I wouldn't give it more than 1 or 2 stars maximum .

Review 20：The only thing we liked about the hotel is the front desk staff as he was very cheerful , he actually brought two very noisy fans to help us sleeping .

Review 21：We were there during a heatwave. There is no airco, and we couldn't open the window or balcony door because of the noise from a café terrace below and because of the lack of insect screens.

I'm not a European tax law expert so think this should have been mentioned in the listing so we would know the total price.

Review 30：I liked the concrete architecture - it was unexpected and totally atmospheric. Especially since the interior decor was matched. I also liked the swimming pool access and parking, and a selection of eateries within a stones throw.

Review 57：The bathroom in the design rooms is very modern and state-of-the-art, with a washing table made of stone instead of a basin. Passive lighting behind the comfortable bed makes a good ambience. Internet and flat television worked very well. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. There is coffee, water, fruit and some bakery goods in the lobby free of charge 24-7.

Review 62：I had to wait 1 hour before I had a television that worked. They said that there were many customers that was experecing the same problem but apperently they did nothing to avoid it. We waited 1 h and 10 minutes to get a soup and Pflamkuchen in the restaurant. We left before the food arrived, so no dinner that night. This was a catastroph. To you people working and above all a management that did not know how to instruct them. I stay in different hotels every week in Europe but I will never go back to this one.

Review 63：Coffee machine broken/ no working or empty most of the time. No apology from staff. No fridge in room or coffee making facilities. Restaurant under renovation, so bought breakfast out every monrning of our 7 day stay. Lucky for us we were visting family, so did not spend too much time in hotel.

Review 65：Very tired rooms and decor away from public view not been done since the 70s. I asked for a wifi log in. Only when I checked out and it had the 4 sessions on the bill at 12€ did I realise it wasn't free.

Review 66：The hotel is really handy for anyone working at the Sindelfingen plant. Staff are really good and welcoming.

Review 67：Very old rooms, without any specia confort, the bathroom was really 60's with vinil in the ground, any toilet product in the bath..., not possibility of supplementary bed (payed in the reservation) when arrived (my daughter sleeps in the sofa...).
