Reviews for Grand City Hotel Dresden Radebeul

Review 1:The name of the hotel is misleading. There are 2 hotels and you have to check in via the Radisson entrance. I circled the hotel for 10 minutes on arrival because I could not work out how to get to it. My room was very distant from the reception despite there being not many guests (to judge from the number present at breakfast) I chose to drive through the huge underground carpark to get to breakfast. The shower was lukewarm in the morning despite having been scalding hot the evening before. There was no milk or creamer with the tea/coffee service. The internet required some special code that I forgot to ask for at check in (suggest you make it open access like many hotels of this size.

Review 2:it was convenient for my work appointment the breakfast and staff serving were excellent it was a fair price for bed and breakfast

Review 3:Maybe the restaurant is a bit pricey, probably reflecting the Radisson Blu clientele rather than the Grand City patrons.

Review 4:Very quiet location in a series of villas set in a garden behind the main Radisson Blu hotel. Check in is at the RB desk. All facilities in the room. 24 hour reception. 10 mins walk from Radebeul Ost station.

Review 5:room was very tired looking. bathroom small with loose mosaic tiles in shower.

Review 6:Bed linen was clean. food in restaurant was very good. staff very helpfull .

Review 7:There are no complimentary body lotion and tooth brush in the room, no mini bar in the room, directly at the entrance of the house so that I heard everybody coming in during the night

Review 8:Comfortable bed, nice hot shower

Review 9:The only bad thing in this hotel is absence of the free wi-fi (not even in the lobby!) and extreme bad quality of the paid one. Internet access is absolute horror there.

Review 10:We stayed there for three nights when we celebrated our wedding at Schloss Wackerbarth in May 2015. The rooms are all different but very nice, modern and clean. The breakfast was fantatic!

Review 11:They have 2 different brand hotels. I booked Grand city hotel Dresden but front entrance shows only Radison blu hotel.

Review 12:Parking is convenient to access to the room. Breakfast is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable.

Review 13:Steps to reach the house (in the open area, no ramp for stroller or wheelchair), missing small breakfast, extra charges for the internet.

Review 14:Nice place, good basic price, friendly service.

Review 15:The breakfast is to expensive(18 euro/day). I went especially for the wellness area, and I've found out that it was 10 euro/day(just the inside pool, the sauna and the other stuff are separatly). I was really dissapointed.

Review 16:The room was clean. You have inside everything you need.

Review 17:Comfortable Room overlooking a quiet courtyard

Review 18:Restaurant menu card with rather limited choices of dishes.

Review 19:Parking facilities near the hotel rooms. Nice and diversified breakfast. Staff: kind and friendly.

Review 20:When we wanted to stay a second night I had to book again thru booking.com to get the same rate as the first night. Seemed ridiculous.

Review 23:The room was large clean spacious and comfortable. Great to have an outside and inside sitting area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 24:Breakfast price is very high and unfortunately there aren't bars in the proximities.

Review 25:The hotel is a part of Radisson, it is inside a big garden in several small buildings. The rooms are very, very quite and their dimension are really king size, like a small flat. Very quite accomodation, no noise at all, tram at 5 minute walking from the hotel drop you in the downtown in 20 minutes. Great ratio qaulity/price

Review 26:Sometimes in the bar you have to wait for a little while because there was only one person especially in the late afternoon.

Review 27:Very nice hotel, near by the city of Radebaul Ost. Very quiet.

Review 28:It's a really nice hotel offering excellent deals. Obviously it's not in the center of town, but keeping that in mind it's well placed in terms of public transport as well.
