Review 1：the room was too hot and in spite of the staff's efforts, could not be made cooler. The small (round) window didn't leave enough air and light through.

Review 11：I've booked a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room in the 2nd floor. Went back to the reception desk to change to a non-smoking room. After waiting a while, the lady gave me a room in the 1st floor. Went to the room, and had a big surprise when I saw that the room wasn't clean. The previous customer just had left the room. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Went back to the reception and no other rooms were available, had to wait for the hotel to clean the room.

Review 17：The hotel is nice and clean, beds are really comfortable and rooms soundproofed. The pool is quite small but it has a nice terrace with sun loungers. It is a 15-20 min walk from the historic core,a little bit far away.

Review 18：Everything is "to like" at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room servicing and cleanliness superb. Breakfast excellent. On-site garage is spacious and has a lift. Location is good if you don´t mind a bit of a walk into town, about 20 minutes. The walk back is on a slight incline but OK. Location is on a fairly busy road but inside is quiet, peaceful and air-conditioned.

Review 19：We had been travelling very slowly through Spain. Most of the Spanish Hotels are excellent but this was the best we had stayed at. Although the town centre was approximately 20mins leisurely walk it was direct to all the historical and the commercial areas. The hotel parking facilities were excellent, although it was an extra.

Review 65：The recepcionist told us that we should have called to confirm the baby bed. If any contact was needed it was from the hotel to us, I believe. And after welcoming us with this remark, the person also told us that we were lucky because there were many baby beds available... When we arrive to the room the was an extra adult bed (single) for the baby... apart this everything was OK.
