Review 1：No kettle, only coffee maker

Review 2：Short walk up gentle incline from shops and bars. Fantastic sea views from our balcony on 7th floor. South facing balcony so sun all day.

Review 3：The glass bottle bin outside our apt, other guests would be using it very early in the morning so this was very annoying. Also disappointing that we weren't told that we needed to book a shuttle to the airport days in advance. Not helpful.

Review 8：If you get an apartment in the 7-9 floor you have a magnificient view over the sea from the balcony. The apartments in these floors are basic equipped, but we found them good enough. Very nice staff.

Review 9：WiFi was not included and came at a cost. Bathroom was tiny. No air-conditioning. BBC News was the only English language channel on the TV

Review 11：There was rubbish stacked in the bathroom bin when we arrived. Paying for poor wifi wasn't great, and deposits were required for things like a remote control, many cooking utensils. There was nothing to wash up with, and unlike the other hotel we stayed at the cleaners did not wash the dishes, etc. The stains on the sofa were not nice. The local beaches were very long but more touristic, some heavily so, than those found elsewhere on the island. It's a location that suits older travellers more. Also, the local restaurants were not as varied as those in Corralejo

Review 12：It was a decent base from which it was possible to explore the south of the island. It was spacious and the facilities were decent, shower, pool, cooking facilities were all fine. The staff were all warm.

Review 13：Lack of free internet ! how could that be possible in a developed world?Western europe is backward!hotel required to pay 10 euros of guarantee for BASIC stuff like corkscrew or other stuff necessary to cook sth on your own. very poor equipment of the apartment, not possible for self-catering. LACK OF OVEN AND MICROWAVE!!!!!! lack of cleaning gel for dishes! lady (blonde one) in the reception told us that its on us to buy our own dishrag (because thats what we would get back with us home ;/) bathroom was clean but very old and we had to take a shower in flipflops because of the conditions there. should be renovated! uncomfortable beds, very hot in the bedroom.

Review 14：Staff was friendly (besides one blond girl), location was very good, 5min walking from very beautiful beach.seaview from the apartment was cool but could be better on the higher floors (we were on 7th). it was not a pelasant experience but we did not expect much for this price. value for money was fine.

Review 21：Didn't have the proper equipment for cooking in our apartement - but it was fine to receive it all for 15€ deposit. The pan was not for induction cooker so i had to ask the reception to give proper pan to make pancakes. Didn't have the soap for handwash in bathroom - this is definitely elementary thing one hotel must have.

Review 22：Had a beautiful view on the ocean from our balcony on 9th floor. That was definitely the best thing about the accommodation. Location great. It was clean.

Review 23：Very limited kitchen facilities, we´de been before so we knew to bring our own kettle. No corkscrew. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to use as sofas! - no arms, so trying to watch tv for any length of time was uncomforable. No fronts on the shelves of the fridge door,, so things would have fallen off if we´d used them! Gloomy bedroom with only a small window., it was like sleeping in a basement. The shower fitting was loose so we had to hold it by hand.

Review 31：Kitchen was very disappointing, no microvave, broken fridge, hot plates that were ancient & difficult to regulate.No kettle. Dampness in the cupboards that left a smell in the area. Very basic utensils. The whole apartment was very tired - needed updating, painting & a good clean. Cleaning staff were unfriendly & didn't do a good job.

Review 43：Very nice resort area. Family atmosphere, calm. Apartments nice, quiet and comfortable. 200 meters to a broad, liberal beach. The sun, relaxation, rest, a fantastic place to spend a holiday with family or alone. Affordable price. The only drawback is the large distance from the airport. But it also has its advantages, the trip can see the unforgettable views. For the gourmet fish at a distance of 3 kilometers a fresh fishes straight from the boat. We can recommend a place with a rating of 10 out of 10.

Review 44：There was a strange smell in the kitchen, I don't want to guess what was that. The kitchen utilities was on deposit (15 euro). TV didn't work well. The room was a bit dusty. The other guests was noisy at night. The hotel is quite old, needs some renovations.

Review 86：As I travelled alone I am used to TV (ENGLISH SPEAKING Channels) and there were none except when I up-graded to a different room and only then I got two News Channels. I think I was the only English speaking person in the whole area - Everything is geared for GERMAN tourists and that most certainly includes the TV channels.
