Review 1：Very dreary room. Stained bedding. Bathroom in poor state as was the rest of the hotel. Needs complete refurbishment.

Review 2：The mattress was comfortable and the bar attached to the hotel was quite good.

Review 5：Old furniture. The hotel really needs maintenance. It looks like things are beign maintained and repaired just as a workaround rather than thinking on quality and comfort. Noise of the 2 AC on the balcony of my room (one from other room). Location is not 200m from the center (plaza mayor) as advertised at booking. Its actually 1.5km (booking's fault i think).

Review 11：The staff were pleasant and helpful. The immediate area met my needs. There is a small supermarket across the street and free parking(very limited) on street and inside for a price was available but cramped. The room was spartan but complete and the wifi was excellent.

Review 12：Never really figured out the wifi, and nothing in the room indicated there was Wifi despite having been advertised as so. Upon checking out, was treated a little poorly by a different staff member over what was clearly a miscommunication.

I had two balconies in my room, I opened the door to one and it was impossible to close it again (really, I slept with the door wide open and it was cold) I opened the other door and the curtain rail fell of and hit me in the head.. That balcony was so full of garbage and stuff that I couldn't use it. It was very noisy outside at night.

Review 38：The room smelled damp, the lighting was dim with damaged lampshades and the shower hose holder and shower door were broken. This is bottom price accommodation and you should expect bottom price accommodation I guess.
