Review 2：The staff were just awesome...they made us so comfortable and welcome...loved the little kitchen, little balcony off the kitchen... breakfast was amazing....if i'm ever in Spain again I would go to Astorga just to stay there again....also beautiful city.....

Review 3：Maria, the owner, was an angel! Loveliest person, kind and good natured, amazing breakfasts, beautiful house... as a pilgrim in crisis, this place was an oasis that gave me strength to continue. Highly recommended!

Review 4：The attention care given to the details of the facility. They did not have twin beds for us so gave each of us a single room. We loved having our own room foe one night as we walk the Camino. The breakfast was delicious. The women working there were very helpful and attentive.

Review 8：Wendy's is located just next to the cathedral. A short stroll takes you to the plaza in the center of town. The hotel is very well kept and appointed with art works throughout. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Good wifi and TV reception which is not always the case.

Review 9：Very nicE, well located building, room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy. The best part was the lovely porch attached to the well-equipped and spotless kitchen. And the lady who showed me in was incredibly attentive and patient - and prepared a delicious breakfast!

Review 11：very reasonably priced and included breakfast. Coffee and orange juice available in the kitchen 24 hrs a day. We had a whole floor to ourselves, and full use of the kitchen and balcony. There was a washing machine available. The staff (of two) seem to live in as I was aware of their movement late at night and early morning. It's located one street from the cathedral, there is a supermarket one block away and many restaurants no more than 10 minutes walk. It has all the amenities of home.

Review 12：On arriving at at 23:30 we found the hotel in darkness and the door locked. Thankfully there were two local women who were on hand to help and phoned the owner.We were not made aware when booking that this may be the case. However, they did try and call us but the message left was in Spanish so we did not know who had called.

Review 13：The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpfull. The room with en suite was beautifully decorated. We could not believe what we got for our money. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from.

Review 14：I had to ring the hotel door various times to get in. Finally somebody showed up from across the street. It seems the staff/manager does not stay in premises for long. No elevator, I got help from staff, but no help when I checked out. The breakfast gets arranged the day prior and it takes place in a small kitchen. All was laid out at the time when I told I would be down for breakfast. Bread was stale (in a country like Spain where fresh bread is ubiquitous and cheap, this was a shame), cereal, juices, coffee machine (easy to figure out). Do not expect personal service; the person who processed me in dissapeared after 10 minutes and I never saw one more person even at check-out. It was weird.

Review 15：The room was wonderful; comfortable, cozy, super-clean, spacious, very nice. Nice wi-fi reception. I had available a fully furnished kitchen on the lower floor. Beautiful bathroom, the premises ARE beautiful.
