Review 1：Hotel is situated along the Rhine. Interior is dated but the cleanliness makes up for that. Very good breakfast, nice staff. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Review 4：The problem with being right along the Rhine River was that the railroad tracks were , too. Since it happened to be stifling hot that night, we had to have windows open because there was no air conditioning and so the railroad & traffic noises were intense. Breeze did come up and the room cooled off eventually.

Review 5：The hotel was right along the Rhine River and across from the boat landings. Old fashioned, quaint hotel with gracious gentleman at desk/restaurant in the morning. King size bed was great, shower was good. Great coffee in morning.

Review 14：Stayed for one night on my bike tour from Mainz to Hoek van Holland. I was welcomed very friendly by the owner, Herr Frosch and staff, could park my bike safely in the shed. The room and utilities were exactly what I wanted, simple and comfortable. Wifi was fast and free, I've found enough plugs to charge all my devices. The breakfast was wonderful, served by Herr Frosch personally. I was pleased to have a chat with Herr Frosch, getting some insights into the hotels history and the family Frosch story. I wish all two stars hotels in Germany were like Hotel Krone Rüdesheim. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back again. Thank you for all Herr Frosch!

Review 16：The hotel itself and the rooms are a bit old. But it has the basics that you need. Centralized location and we got a room with the view of Rhine. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast. All in all, good value for money.

Review 26：One of the best places we have stayed at!! The owners went out of their way to help us with every thing we needed. We would have been really stuck if not for their assistance. And breakfast was by far the best in Germany!! It was easy to find on a very interesting street with lots of tourist activities right at your doorstep. A cruise on the Rhein and a beautiful gondola ride above the vineyards are very, very easy to access. Very, very clean and comfortable. It was a fantastic place and we highly recommend it!!

He was there every day, and seemed to know our needs before we expressed them. The restaurant staff and the cleaning staff were also tops. Locationa was perfect for river walks and town strolls.

Review 69：The railway line runs alongside the Rhine and is directly in front of the hotel. It is inconstant use for both passenger and freight traffic and has activity 24/7. Can be very noisy despite the double glazing. Hotel only has shutters at the front of the hotel

Review 71：The train. It isn't the hotel's fault though; they are in a great location otherwise. We stayed in a room facing the tracks during a little heatwave. To sleep we had to have our windows open because of the heat. But every 5-15 minutes a train would come by. First, you can hear the gates coming down to block the tracks then 2 or so minutes later the train comes blasting through. My husband had no problem, he is such a heavy sleeper. I on the other hand had a difficult time staying asleep. Second night we made sure to pick up a few bottles of cheap local wine before bed, that helps ;)

The railway line across the street is busy but with the widows shut the notice was minimal. Lovely and clean, lovely people. A very cute little village on the Rhine. Lots of eating places and shops very close.

Frech cheese, juice, eggs....! The hotel is located in 750m from the Ruedesheim station and other places to visit were near the hotel. The location was great. In addition, you can use the wifi free if you ask for. I loved the hotel.
