Review 1：car park was a little complex to find although very secure and easy once we had found it; window opened onto patio / terrace area and we didn't realise it had been open and thus insecure until back from an evening out, although this caused no problem, luckily

Review 4：The location of this hotel was within a 5 minute walk of the old town and Plaza Major. The hotel is very clean and very quiet and the staff although they don't speak any English were friendly and tried their hardest to communicate.
Review 5：We were using this as a stop of travelling to portugal. Early night sleep was impossible due to shouting in the hotel which what seemed like the staff. Having banter between themselves but very loud until at least 1 in the morning.

To get to the parking, follow the sign, drive all the way down the ramp, there's a big garage door around the corner to the left. Park where there's an H marked on the wall.
