Review 1：One can see that owner is abscent. Without restaurant this hotel is too remote to be intresting. Not even a glas of beer was available. Breakfast was not at all ready at 8 in morning. We had to wait for staff to arrive. No staff available for check out in morning. Luckily we had paid evening before

Review 3：The building was non-smoking, but people smoked in front of it and the wind occasionally brought the smoke into our room.

Review 4：This small, charming place is in the middle of country fields, and is very quiet and welcoming. There are sweet cows across the street that line up at the fence to welcome you when you go over to see them. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious, and I would definitely go back.

Review 7：Great service, wonderful people. Very close to Soltau Park. All in all a must stay place if you are visiting the Soltau region with the great indoor salt baths or the Heide Park.

Review 8：We miss a bit of coziness in our room. Food in the restaurant disappointed us as well. We got some mushroom sauce made from the package Maggi or similar. This is unacceptable for the restaurant. Brakfast was as well pretty poor, it was some variety of products, but unfortunately majority of them were tasteless. From the country side hotel we expected farmer's bread and a good marmalade, but were able to find only the cheapest supermarket products.

Review 9：We were amazed by kids car park:). Hotel has over 30 different cars, tractors and other vehicles. Our sun was extremely happy. We think that it is a good stopping point for travellers with kids. Hotel has a huge territory and kids can occupy themselves from morning till evening. There is a huge amusement park near by and a big shopping outlet Soltau. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Review 13：Peaceful location just 5 min drive from Heide Park; excellent food, both breakfast and dinner; had bed and breakfast feel, small/quaint, nice garden/yard for kids to play or to sit and relax; entertaining for kids, bikes/pedal trucks/scooters to ride...rabbits and guinea pigs to feed/pet...pool...small swing/play set...pay small fee to play air hockey, pool, fussball table; nice breakfast (meats, cheeses, breads/jams, cereals, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon); highly recommend, would stay here again! Thank you for a great resting place :-)

Review 14：A few minor complaints: since we arrived quite late in the evening, none of the available staff members were speaking English very well, but it was not much of a problem and we got things clarified next morning. We didn't find anyone speaking Russian (wasn't searching very hard) though, while it was stated that staff speaks Russian too. WiFi signal was weak, but it was not what we came for anyway. The walls are quite thin, you can hear your neighbours from time to time if they are noisy.

Review 39：Had to change the rooms before the second night because the hotel was fully booked. Barely having any luggage it was no issue, though. Also, got nicely compensated by letting me have the rental bicycle for free.

Review 41：My room overlooked pool and games room and as soon as people started using these facilities it was just endless screaming and shouting from them, resulted in me not using the pool at all and closing windows on a hot day to try and keep the noise out. Wifi, although I was getting a strong signal on iPhone and iPad, neither would connect to the network and just endlessly wait while the password logged them in (password was correct, when entered incorrectly it just rejected the log in attempt straight away)

Prilochnye choice of cocktails. If you want peace and quiet - come. Near raspololozhen "Heide-Park" so that traveling with children is where to go.
