Review 1：Slightly hard bolster pillow but found a much nicer one in the wardrobe in the morning.

Review 3：They initially assigned us to a smoking room but moved us when we complained. Hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the historic district but it was a pleasant and not difficult walk. Breakfast was not as good as we got from other hotels on the trip.

Review 5：Good Hotel close to the center of Caceres with extremely nice staff, welcoming and very helpful. Service was good, the room fairly big and comfortable, the bathroom very clean.

Review 6：The big lighted sign was right outside my window, which at night was a bit distracting. The curtains didn't block out all the light, so I would recommend that the hotel purchases proper light-blocking curtains.

Review 7：The staff were very friendly, both when I arrived and during my stay. The location is very good - not hard to access from the bus station. The room itself has everything you need, and your own washroom, so given the star rating of the hotel, I was impressed. Finally, the value was very good.

Review 11：We booked a room last minute. We found the hotel easily with our Satnav on our motorbike. We asked for parking, and there was a space downstairs in the secure basement parking area which was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and good value. We got to the town centre via the lovely park just near the hotel.

Review 12：Non functioning lift. We were on 4th floor (our choice) but as we are in our 80s climbing the stairs was difficult. They did offer to move us to a lower floor but also said lift would be working later that day. Still not working 2 days later on the morning we left so had to carry our luggage 97 steps to garage. Also, there was no water shower or flush toilets on last morning.

Review 13：Staff were excellent. They changed our room on arrival as allocated room was next to the left. The lift broke down on our second day and they offered us a room on the 1st floor (we were on 4th) but we chose not to take it as they said lieft would be repaired that day. A pity this happened as hotel was good in every other way

Review 15：Maybe 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Very nice and friendly stuff. The hotel has a parking place for 8 € / night. The receptionist will open the garage door, while you have to block the street for some seconds. Breakfast is enough.

Review 35：I would have preferred to be closer to the old town. Is is not the hotel's fault! I hate tea/ coffee machines at breakfast. Food was very basic and prepackaged, ok, at the price, but all I really wanted was a decent cup of tea or coffee and you don't get this from a vending type machine.

Decor and facilities a bit outdated but well maintained and very clean. Wifi signal already weak on 3rd floor, not reaching all places. There is room for improvement regarding the breakfast buffet, nevertheless it was pretty good for a hotel of this category, consisting in an assortment of toasts, cold meats, pastries, jams and spreads, yoghourts, orange juice, coffee and teas... Very nice and attentive staff, always offering a smile and ready to help. The hotel has private parking but we did not need to use it since you can park for free in the streets nearby.
