Review 1：One thing I didn't really like we're the cats that roamed the restaurant - I don't like cats and I thought it was unhealthy it didn't do it for me!!

Review 2：I loved the staff and how they made us feel welcomed, always a smile on their faces. I enjoyed the time spent at Beach Albatros, the staff st the Beach Baf were great, Osama, Ramdan, Wafy and the other members, didn't get their names. Mahmoud - house keeping all staff were brilliant.

Review 3：The room is in second floor of an old building and no lift. The furniture is old , mattress is uncomfortable and the bed had fleas. There was cockroach in the bathroom. TV channels are few, non Arabic and not clear. Towels are old , poor quality and dirty.

Review 5：The furniture was too old with minor maintenance. We asked for a "baby cot" and they bring us a very dirty one that we refused to but in our room. The TV set wasn't working. Lots of ants into the room, and sometimes on the bed too. The first day was the worst (bad food and bad treatment) but after some argument they start to treat us nicely.

Review 6：The nature. the view of the sea between the mountains is dreamy. The staff was doing their best to be nice but they are not that professional.

Review 7：Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a double room but ended up staying in a family room because all the rooms were fully booked, it was even better more spacious and had a living room. Early in the morning we could hear praying coming from Mosques near by but it didn't bother us at all. The food was very nice various things to choose from, every day something different with loads of salads and amazing deserts. We were all inclusive so the drinks were free all day every day, what more could you want... Spent most of our evenings smoking Shisha at "La Veranda" bar, very good service From Mohamed white hair and his colleague, they really looked after us. (Don't forget to tip, if you want a good service its a part of their culture) The beach was crowded not really for my liking but the water was wonderful, I took my gopro (video camera) with me got some really cool shots under water. I Highly recommend this Hotel, make sure you read all the information about it before you go so there wouldn't be any disappointment...

Review 8：Staff are rude, furniture very old, no maintenance, one elevator wasn t working the whole stay we had to wait a lot because only one elevator was working to go to the beach. No animation shows at night
