Reviews for Villa Anna
Review 1:The location is very good, not directly by the water, offering a chance to walk and explore the area. Very friendly and helpful owners, nice bakery nearby, comfort studio apartment
Review 2:Even though it is not a main road, there is quite a bit of traffic (trucks, cars and bicyclists) that can be loud in the mornings. Also, if you are a foreigner, don't try to rent bikes from Conny's, located at the corner of the main street and Granitzer Str. Go to Herr Neumann on Hauptstr. He is not "auslaenderfeindlich."
Review 3:The room was well furnished and sunny. The kitchen has just about anything you could need. For two people it is plenty of room. Sellin is quieter than Binz and has amazing beaches. Frau Soluk was very nice and drove us to Binz to catch the train on our last day.
Review 4:The traffic on the cobblestone street can be quite loud and starts quite early.
Review 5:Very friendly people. Very nice little city. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Reasonably close to the beach.
Review 6:When we arrived we rang the doorbell and the woman who opened the doorlooked at us as we were not welcomed. We had to tell her that we wherethere for the room, there was never a welcome and a smile. We rented anapartment with one bedroom and a sleepingsofa. The sofa were in thelivingroom and the kitchen was also there, the room was very small. Whenthe sofa was turned in to a bed there was not any room left to sit for 4people around the kitchen table. The sofa bed were extremly bad to sleepon. Also we were woken up every day around 5 a clock in the morning, aman was smoking and coughing right outside our window, so the smoke madeit impossible for us to have the window open. The neigbours had two dogsthat barked every day from same time in the morning, after 5 a clock itwas almost impossible to sleep. We had rented the appartment for 4nights, but after 3 nights we left.
Review 7:Sellin is a nice town for people who like the quiet atmosphere. Theappartment can be a nice place to stay for just 2 people, if you are afamily and therefor need to have 4 sleeping places, choose anotherhotel, cause the sleeping sofa is awful.
Review 8:everything is satisfied.
Review 9:landlord is very nice and considerate.
Review 10:Very modern, clean and perfectly located self catering facility in Sellin, will definately be returning.
