Review 1：wi fi was very expensive and intermittent,very frustrating at times, also the key to the safe we considered expensive

Review 3：Poor quality beds, but on asking our mattress was changed immediately for slightly softer ones. We paid for a superior room, I wouldn't want to see the basic if ours was superior!!

Review 5：The main hotel appartments looked very nice and good views etc, however, our appartment was across the road and although some appartments looked good ours was very tired and in need of a tidy up ie holes in the walls, water ran slow, the room 2001 was in shade all the time and the tv was a small portable that you needed a remote for at a price from reception. The pool was nice, much quieter than in the main block.

Review 7：a lovely place to stay, even though it was mid september they still had entertainment for the children. had a couple of issues with our apartment that were dealt with immediately food was varied and very nice. would definatly go back!.

Review 10：Swimming pool area overrun with sunbeds. Sunday to thursday no towel or sheet change and no cleaning of the apartment. The lady who came to the apartment to clean on thursday was appalled that no one had been before then. Compliments to the cleaning lady ,she came every day till we went home on the sunday.

Review 12：Every thing in Hotel very basic and no free wi-fi and no lift to rooms but there were ramps and steps so not too bad to get to rooms.and also bed was rock hard.

Review 14：Firstly we were allocated a room when we arrived but then when we're leaving to go, another staff member arrived, said there was a mistake and gave us another room. He then proceeded to take us on what could be described as a mystery tour in the early hours of the morning. We were carrying heavy suitcases for at least 25 mins before reaching the apartment. The room was not set out as requested and the staff member proceeded to argue that this was the room we asked for. It was very late and we were very tired so he left. Clearly the room wasn't properly checked as we noticed a pool of water in the bathroom a while after we arrived. As it was the pool of water was as a result of water coming through the ceiling tiles from a leaking air conditioning unit. By 4am we were using all the towels to mop up the water seeping into the living room and lost a nights sleep doing this. We did have the unit repaired the next day but we're reprimanded by cleaning staff for using towels to mop up the flood of water. At the very least we should have gotten a refund for that night not a reprimand from their cleaning staff. Also even though the cleaning staff had been in apartment, it was never on any occasion cleaned. We could never get enough towels. Generally poor quality accommodation. We went to use cooker rings on our last day to find the unit was broken.

Review 17：Great location right on the Marina close to all the restaurants and bars. We had a two bed apartment which was great for just the two of us. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were also changed daily. I had red a couple of negative views before we went , but in fairness you get what you pay for , and these apartments are great value for money. Possibly inadequate if your planning to host a dinner party , but who does that on hols.

Review 24：Health and safety very poor in apartments and on site. No storage in kitchen to put anything apart from one shelf above the sink. Terrible smell whole holiday in apartment. Lock on bathroom door falling off. Table tennis table broke after day3 and was never replaced or mended. 2 poole tables, 1 broken completely and the other only worked for 2 days.

Nice to have fridge etc, outside area & pools however our pool was far too deep both ends so dangerous for children & hotel food although reasonably priced not of a high standard or varied. We still enjoyed our time in menorca but apartment was just used as a base.

(and actually wasn't much cheaper than eating outside). -Kitchen facilities in the room were very basic. Would not recommend trying to be self catering for most of the time.

Well worth the €20 per night. -Animation team were fantastic with activities for all age groups. -Location is great with all music stopping at midnight, so despite being right on top of the bars and restaurants etc, kids not kept up too late. Beach is close and lovely with good facilities (Bar, showers, beds for hire).

Review 36：location overlooking the marina. We were on holiday on our own for the first time as our children have grown up now. I would not recommend these apartments for couples without children as it is very family orrientated, ideal for families with young children as there was plenty to keep them entertained around the pool area. The staff were very good providing lots of activities, games etc. It was a bit too noisy if you want to just chill out as the kids music was really loud all day.
Review 37：the apartments are set in an ideal location overlooking the marina.The staff on reception were lovely and friendly and helpful. Apartments were cleaned every day and clean towels left. The beach is only a 5 min walk and is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Calan Bosh is a great place to stay on the island. A lovely busy marina with lots of restrauntes to choose from and a couple of bars which are open until 3am if you want to stay out. Def hire a car so you can see the rest of the island and def visit the old port town Cuitedella.

Review 54：This is second year we stayed at Roc Lago, despite my sons Beats going missing morning we left last year we returned this year an just got a safe !!! However I explained upon checking in last years problem and we were given complimentary wifii connection for both my sons as gesture goodwill which was unexpected and welcome! The hotel is brilliantly situated, we self cater as prefer that but cafe food for snacks at pool is good and fairly priced. It was early season being may half term still the staff work very hard entertaining the children, my teenage sons really enjoyed the pool volleyball matches. The accommodation is basic compared but it's friendly staff atmosphere and location meant we returned again!

Review 63：Superior apartment was poor and I can't find common details with main photo in Internet. There were cockroachs on terrace, small spiders and ants in an apartment. Apartment's could be better equipped. Printed weather forecast in reception's desk has been never up to date. Animation program printed in the message board also hasn't been updated.

Review 67：The view from our room wasn't great as we had the last two bedroom apartment available. The room decor and kitchen/ shower room are dated and basic/ functional even though described as 'Luxury.' It was also quite expensive for the week accommodation only; but we literally booked the day before, so we didn't have much time to research other options.
Review 68：The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of lovely shops, bars, restaurants and the pretty marina and local beach. The local supermarkets had excellent selections of fresh hot bread, fruit and other groceries for breakfast and picnics during the day. In the evenings we ate out at a wonderful restaurant nearby called 'Venezia' which is next to Aquaria. The food choice and quality was so good that we ate there everynight we were in Cala en Bosc. There was a great vegetarian selection and the dover sole was fantastic. The two bedroom apartments are all on the ground level, with one bedroom apartments with balaconies and better views above. We booked accommodation only which gave us plenty of flexibility to eat out and travel in our hire car. Our apartment was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. There was plenty of hot water for showers, washing clothes etc. The air conditioning worked well and there was room to hang out wet towels and costumes to dry overnight. The staff were friendly and sorted out minor issues such as ants, insufficient towels etc quickly. We would stay again and hopefully book earlier to have a better view.
Review 69：very small apartment not value for money - considering we upgraded to a superior the lounge sofa bed was terrible to sleep on but with 5 in the family we had no choice. asked for a quiet/possible harbour view - received a back end apartment right next to the busy main rd looking at traffic.... paid over £500 for 4 nights with no food included... would never go back

Review 73：The apartments were 2 story bungalow style,the upper apartment wasaccessed by an exterior flight of 16 steps and not "disabledfriendly" the ground floor was a 2 bedroomed one with a 200Eurosuppliment per week. The apartments were "dotted" over about 2Acres making it hard to get to the restaurant and reception for anyonewith walking difficulties.
