Review 1：The only issue was the maids knocked even though we had do not disturb on the door

Review 2：Had a Sea view room which was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels. The Hotel is an idyllic location. Hardly any English and a beautiful location. Close to bus stop for Barcelona airport.

Review 3：Very nicely decorated rooms that are quite spacious and very clean. The proximity to the ocean is of course a bonus plus the outside seating area overlooking the beach is great.

Review 4：Negatives: Disappointed with room, went for superior room thinking this would be better quality but was the same as standard only slightly bigger. 2 single beds pushed together (when I requested double bed) and wanted a nice shower but only got an over the bath version. Ant problem on balcony (which extended into the room). Hotel staff pretty quick in spraying the area but ants still came back the next day (although only had to get rid of around 8-10 a day so not a significant problem). Air-conditioning was weak to the extent that we were convinced this was not functioning correctly Bar-staff lady not very friendly but restaurant staff were very good An observation: We did not come across any other British people during our 5 night stay, both in the hotel or in the resort of Sant Antoni. I found this unusual especially as on day trips up the coast we did meet a few Brit families. This will please some but may put other British families off (may be worth researching the resort before booking) No fridge in room and no tea/coffee facilities (missed this) Had a noisy family near us for a couple of nights which kept us awake (walls must be thin).

Review 10：i ordered a family superior room with sea view. first look over the room made us realize we didnt get what we paid for since the room was absolutely for 2 with added beds that made it rediculasely crowded for a family. after lots of complains and arguments (at first we were told that this is the room we paid for, completely un logic argument) we got a discount and relocation during the second day to the room we really paid for. i must admit the maneger was very nice and understanding, but the hotel approach to the sittuation at first was very annoying, un fair and unprofessional and its petty cause its nice place in general

Also the fact that the hotel is half finished (the new bit I presume) and you therefore had to walk through a car park to get to the pool was a little off putting.

We arrived and needed to cool down but our 12-year old was told to get out of the pool at 8.30pm - he'd been in there for approx. 10 minutes. We were also told to purchase a towel for the pool from a nearby shop!

Review 25：The free parking (important in the summer in Calonge!) is trouble free even though away from the hotel. We had a very comfortable, spacious room with a fantastic view from the balcony. The wifi worked brilliantly from the room. And most importantly, the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Review 33：I was booking this hotel with hesitation reading others' opinions. But I must say it was very good choice for the price hotel is offering. We had a superior room with sea view- and I encourage everyone to select the sea view option! the view from our room on the 4th floor was breathtaking.The room itself was large enough and comfortable for our three (we were with our small baby daughter). As we resigned from baby cot, she was sharing the bed with us. and here- maybe small detail but worth to share with other parents who wants to do the same- it wasn't double bed but two beds put together so not really comfy for our baby as she was sleeping in the middle. Breakfast was excellent. there's an option to dine in the hotel too for very reasonable price. Parking is outside of the hotel, but in walking distance (no longer than 5mins walk); there is check-in/out parking on the back so no need to walk with the baggage.Location of the hotel is beautiful, almost at the beach. And i think it's fair to say that it's a place for those who enjoy the sea and the beach as the swimming pool and its area are rather for not demanding quests. Shortly saying- I recommend Rosamar and Sant Antoni as a great place to stay.

Review 92：Terrible sound-insulation; as a matter of fact it's like there is no walls et all, just floors covered with ceramics. One can clearly hear people speaking in a neighboring room. And sounds of dragged over chairs are resounded from even remotely located rooms. Sometimes outside noises are loud enough to penetrate thru the closed balcony door. Breakfast could be a bit better too for the price. It's definitely missing freshly cooked scrambled eggs and some more vegetables.
