Review 1：The only downside - wifi keeps dropping. I had to log in 10-20 times.

Review 2：Beautiful smart big room. Super clean bathroom. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Very quiet. Great spa & massage downstairs - superb for a bit of Camino rest.

Review 3：They didn't want to give me a room in a high floor, which I asked for. Anyway the room was very nice, a little bit too white for me, but it's not a big issue. The shower plate was a bit deteriorated. When taking a shower the water came out of the plate to the bathroom floor. This problem should be solved easily. Pillows were too high.

Review 4：The hotel is very nice, large room and huge bathroom. Good location. Good breakfast offering natural orange juice, fruit, good coffee, and soy milk (my husband is lactose intolerant, and we had forgotten to inform in advance). Very nice personnel. Very good value for money.

Review 5：The hotel has no bar. We were disappointed to be told when we arrived that a massage was not available on a Monday, we were looking forward to a massage after our walk on camino. Access to the Spa was also €12 an hour and required booking. Breakfast was very disappointing

A bad stay and a waste of money.

Review 11：The room was comfortable but not worth the money. We stayed at the HotelGaudi the following night (a bit older) and enjoyed it a lot.

Review 12：The name SPA hotell means that you have to pay 16 euros to get 1 hour stay at little pool and saunas!! You have allready paid for hotel room over 100 euros! The room was normal hotel room, no extras. Not good price-Quality! Not recommend!

Review 82：Cold welcome. We were backpackers and they seemingly haf lost our reservation. The receptionist knee-jerk reaction was to tell us that it was not our hotel. Gosh, I booked a suite. How come? She looked into the system and.....magically the reservation appeared. First hurdle overcome. Then the room wasn't ready. No-one was answering neither the phone nor the walkie-talkie. The receptionist had to go and check by herself. I asked for a beer. No bar available. You have to go outside. In the room the smallest minibar ever: 4 pieces only and no beer. Big and modern bathroom with limited features. Definitely low level of professionality. The outside suggested restaurants were awful, especially the Plaza Mayor asador, where greasy food is cooked and recooked. A jump to the Spa? No, you can't take a look: you know, we have people ! Disappointing !
