Review 1：The price is a bit too much for the room offered, the hotel need some refurbishment
Review 2：The personnel was very nice , welcoming and helpful with plenty of information about the region, the location in the Black Forest close to many tourist attractions, Food is excellent in the hotel's restaurant
Review 3：Our biggest complaint would be the bed it is not very comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit dated but again the facility is supremely clean which is a huge plus.
Review 4：The staff was helpful and informative when we asked questions about the area. We went to the area to ski for the weekend. We loved that it was 15 minutes from the slopes but in the center of the small town it gives you options for eating there was a billiards place down the street. Where if you stay on the ski resort you will be limited to what they have if you don't want to go down to town. The room was pretty big in comparison to other German hotels we've stayed in. The room and the facilities were extremely clean which is a huge plus for us.
