Review 1：Was surprised to find out on arrival that the booking I had made for 3 single rooms had been charged to my credit card although the confirmation said 'to be paid on arrival'. The reception was apologetic but unable to do anything about it.

Review 3：The staff couldn't find my reservation at check in. I was told that the parking was full so I better look for other parking lots. When I arrived there were many empty places. No bar or cafe and no bar service in the lobby. My room was not cleaned because there was a not disturb sign on my door in the morning. When I left my room, I hang the please clean sign and cleaning staff was cleaning other rooms, but "forgot" my room. I wanted to send a letter by check out but the reception was out of stamps. the restaurant was quite full at 10.30 a.m Sunday morning and guest enjoying breakfast. In spite of that all food was removed at 10.30 sharp - it reminded me of en emergency clearance, It seems that the hotel is under poor management and the staff has few ideas of what good service means.

Review 13：My room 426 had no thin curtains so I felt very exposed even during the daytime. ( a room with curtains would involve moving -I did ask! why not have thin curtains in all the rooms? I should have loved coffee/tea making options as I wake early (4ish) and the hot water from the tap isn't quite the same as a cup of coffee! (going down to reception isn't a good option. Maybe a choice option?). Daily room service of towels and bed making would be nice even for long-staying guests. The hall carpets were filthy!. The garbage bin sorting method were a nuisance and a silly attempt to look eco-friendly...not impressed.
Review 14：I liked the view, the breakfast choices, the gym, staff, and the location. The hotel had a friendly feel to it and kids were allowed to play. I didn't use a bike, but it was there for me. Loved my daily papers available at breakfast. I LOVED the iron and ironing board. Loved the warm bathroom floor.
Review 15：the room was old, sort of new hotel with worn down furniture, hard bed and terrible vieuw to a wall at entrance, fro 165 euro a night to expensive!! Then in morning breakfast not included for this price?!?!
