Review 2：Personnel was very friendly and cooperative. Requests made the previous day were passed on to the next person on duty without problems. I have seen this go wrong on several occasions. Breakfast is German and good. Location is perfect.

Review 3：Personnel very unfriendly, Definitely it is not a 4 stars Hotel without Air conditioner and very dirty room. I was really surprised to find so bad hotel in Germany. I used to live in different hotels for more than 10 years worldwide but the quality of this hotel is lower than in Bangladesh. As very experienced Traveler I do not recommend this place. Please find smth else.
