Review 3：The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find the bus to LEGOLAND, changed our currency, stored our things in the hotel safe, all with attention to great service. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly! Breakfast was great too!

Review 4：The staff were helpful but not that switched on - young and not able to help with driving directions, nor did they let me know I needed a parking permit despite coming by car.

Review 8：No ventilation or air condition in the room only a window. With the sun shining at the window the whole day, they temperature at night was above comfortable. Free wifi was available but so slow that we couldn't use it.

Review 10：What's there not to like?! It was a great experience all the way through. The hotel was very close to the highway exit making it hard to miss! There was ample parking space for those who drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the beds/sofa beds were comfortable for both parents and children alike fitting total of 4 adults and 2 children without any issue! The breakfast was a treat with a good spread. Would definitely head back there again next time! :)))

Review 11：We would have appreciated more helpful staff. There was someone working there who seemed to give us more stress than try to help us. The stay could've been cheaper considering the lack of facilities and dated rooms.

Review 65：The hotel is not exactly in the city centre, but "just behind the corner" let's say (10 mins walking). The building is quite simple in the front, but the backyard is a window on the green countryside. Anyway the hotel is far above the average, the room (we choose an allergy free one) is essential but wide, clean and very silent. Great choice for breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere.
