Review 1:Service Staff room.

Review 2:Was told that I did not have a reservation at the gate. Told Security at the gate yes I do have a reservation. Wanted me to pay 200 le to enter Marina to check in Was told they spelled my name wrong on there list by hotel Mangement. Management slow to react Stayed in front of the gate 20 mins with my wife and baby. Also a owner in Porto Gulf. Very low class service for high rates

Review 5:Since we arrived, the apartment was not ready and we had to wait after the checking time mentioned. Then the water leakage in the open kitchen that we had to get the plumber 3 times during our stay!!! and the smell out of it was awful! Cleaning was very poor and had to tip them to come and re-do the cleaning and change the sheets, pillows and the kitchen stuff that was extremely dirty!

Review 19:The place is good for entertainment with great view. It has a lot of activities. The beach is clean and free. The pools so nice.show every night at Barny stage. The kids enjoyed.

No value for money, even when i made an upgrade for better Appartment it was just as terrible as the standard in terms of hygiene and condition of the furniture. We found the TV remote control without batteries. There is nothing shows hotel industry and services. The front office staff forgot to send us the gate pass to the pool so we were not able to use the pool facility، we could not contact the reception as they don't have a number??? Instead we were given the personal mobile number of the Receptionest. Always pressurizing guests for forced tips. We will not come back again

Review 33:1- Bathrooms are dirty with a bad smell, every metal item is rusted. 2- Refrigerator tepmerature was too low, when we increased it, the room sunk into water. 3- There was not enough towels, and they were not clean enough. When we asked for extra towels; the staff coldly refused and told us we should pay extra fees ($8 per towel) to get new towls (how much would it cost to buy a brand new and clean towel?!!) 4- There was only one power outlet in the kitchnette!! I had to move the microwave each time I used to reach for the power outlet. I did not have the privilage of using 2 appliances at the same time of course. 5- One soap bar was provided for the apartment for the whole stay. 6- Trash bins had no plastic bags.

Review 36:Level of cleanliness was a huge disappointment. 5 star price is charged for one star cleanliness. Dirty cupboards and kitchen utensils. Sand in bathroom floor. Dust on tables and surfaces. Housekeepers weren't professional cleaners.

Review 37:Location is amazing. The two bed- apartment had a sea and pool view. There was two bathrooms, one was en suite. Air con in the lounge and each bedroom. Multiple swimming pools, clean, suit all ages. Life guards did an amazing job, so vigilant. Beach was small but clean and good for families with kids. Towels available on both pool and beach.

Review 38:The apartment we got had a couple of issues with electricity which were not fully solved until the second day. One of the two showers was not working properly, and the phone was not working. In the bedrooms, some of the beds had no pillowcases. During our stay, the pool slides were closed all the time. There is no animation team, so no programs/discos for the kids.

Review 39:The location is the best advantage of Porto Marina. It has access to a lovely small beach, nice pools, and surrounded with lots of restaurants and cafes. Kitchen is fully equipped (Fridge, Cooker, Microwave).

Review 40:Appliances in room was not working. There was power outage in the room. Staff responsiveness to all complaints was terrible. In terms of value for money, it's a complete rip off.

Review 42:When arrived the unit was not ready. We had to wait in the terrace till the cleaning crew did clean it. The cleaning was not good. The kitchen had the washer out of the cabinet and the cleaning staff told us it doesn't fit inside the cabinet. We hardly could use part of the kitchen because of that. The check in desk gave us a phone number to call for service, when we called that number it was always busy and when we got a ring no one answered. We tried over 50 times to get someone on the phone to request cleaning with no answer. When I went to the help desk which was so far the customer service told us it's a problem because they only have one number to call and it's a mobile phone not even a land line with multible extensions. We lift the vacation one day earlier because of the quality of the service. I can send a picture of the washer in the middle of the kitchen.

Review 44:All experiences was bas from staff to food to services to dirtiness of the vela plus that we were suffering from water and electricity cut the whole stay and we got food poisoning from the food there , very polluted place , not organized at all and i do have alot of pictures that proves this.

Review 52:-I was given the impression that the staff was trying to cancel thebooking on purpose. I received an email saying that they couldn'tblock the amount on the credit card but my booking was still valid.Since I was in the area I decided to pass by and pay the booking. Forsome reason the staff member wouldn't let me pay. After 20 minutesof arguing and insisting that I pay to confirm the reservation I wasfinally allowed to!!! -The accommodation is actually divided in twoparts, the apartments and a hotel resort. The two venues however sharethe same lobby. You can see the pure inequality in receiving guests ofthe two different venues. The hotel staff are more courteous and welltrained as compared to the apartments' staff. We couldn't evenget anyone to help with the bags. -Check in process took too long andthere was no place to sit. -The receptions staff provided only one keyfor the apartment and only one access card (to access the building andthe facilities, doesn't work on the apartment) and as per theirstatement they cant issue any more!! -We struggled with the washingmachine as we couldn't find the manual for the programs. -Refrigerator was leaking -There was no parking as advertised -Wallpaint was pealing -At the pool we saw a life guard, but he made sure toexplain to us that children are the responsibility of the parents, lifeguards don't do anything!!! -We had a hard time at checkout. Wewanted to check out early, but there was no one to process it for us.So we had to wait!! We went back at the time they told us but no onewas able to process the checkout for us as it involved refunding somemoney. At this point we started to lose it. They already made us waitfor two hours and now they tell us that they don't know how to workthe system to give us our money back or even refund it on the creditcard!!! Thank god that due to the fact that they share their lobby withthe hotel Mr.

Review 53:-The location of the apartments is amazing with amazing wind blowing andweather. -Pool staff were very friendly and helpful especially withassisting the elders -Pool facility is good and the children loved theslides -The location is inside Porto Marina hence providingaccessibility to services like pharmacy,grocery, restaurant, etc.

Review 54:the management of the hotel is too low. the cleanness of the rooms and premises are the worst I have seen in all hotels. electricity and water cuts every day. The hotel deserves only 3 stars and 5 stars are overrated.

Staff people were just layers. Guests were so upset and kept shouting on the staff. It was very tiring and we really got upset. the apartment was a mess and bad smell. No well organisation at all. i will never go there again.

I am not recommend any one to say in the apartment. the hotel mite be having cleaning services. you have to check.

Review 117:Advertised as 5 star facility but way below 5 star standard. Apartment poorly maintained and nothing like advertised photos. Hot water did not work well. Very noisy surroundings and very poor noise isolation. No phone in apartment to contact reception. Only 1 access card for the flat and was told I cant have any more. No dedicated parking and street parking is extremely busy. A certain standard should be imposed by Porto on the apartment owners as rental is managed through them. Extremely overpriced for what you get. A disappointment.
