Review 1：- Too much noise in the street and hotel hall - The room is very cold, the heating is not enough and just works after 8pm

Review 16：We enjoyed being right in the centre of town, very close to the historic quarter. Parking was reasonable as the hotel has a deal with the nearby parking garage. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good the first day. On the second, however, we were told to go to the cafe on the premises and order, as the breakfast room had been booked for a function.
Review 17：We had to park away from the hotel in a pay parking structure, but the hotel gave us a discount for parking there and also charged it to our bill, making it much more convenient when we checked out. Pass on the breakfast buffet option. Not many options for food.
Review 18：The staff was extremely helpful and the location of the hotel was close to the old town. It's an older hotel, but very clean and there was a restaurant next to the lobby that had really good food. We'd stay there again!

We ordered a double room, but upon arrival they said there was only a twin left, BUT they offered us alternatives: an apartment in a nearby building or changing rooms the second night. It's good to see that the staff actually cares for the customers! We didn't take the breakfast buffet: the adjacent café (also owned by the hotel) is a good (and cheaper) breakfast option. When you have a car, the hotel has a deal with the nearby parking garage: a good option!
