Review 1：Had to pay for wifi then it wouldn't work in bedrooms. Also tried to tell us that they didn't have a room with a double bed as we had booked

Review 3：In fact, the hotel doesn't have an outdoor pool. The restraint also is closed and the dinner is served only by request in the restaurant far away from the hotel. At check-in the staff wasn't friendly.

Review 25：Perfect location! Hotel is close to a beautiful village Agaete, which deserves a visit to feel its nice atmosphere. The hotel itself is in the port, which is also very beautiful, very close to the sea and a small beach. There are natural pools in the sea made for swimming - fantastic idea free of charge! No big noise from the ferry to Tenerife. Good point to visit other villages such as Firgas, Arucas, Teror, Galdar. Hotel offers very good breakfasts. We liked especially very delicious fresh fruits and local cheeses. The spa is nice and is for free, although you should pay extra for sauna. The restaurant Dedo de Dios 5 min walk from the hotel which was recommended by staff is perfect in its quality and prices!
