Review 1：Everything actually, the staff is really helpful and smiley all the time, and they respond to our requests very promptly The food was amazing and very delicious The view and the beach are really lovely The room is clean and neat

Review 17：This hotel could be nice, but they have tried to branch out to tennis courts and multiple pools, without getting the basics right. The room felt dirty the moment I walked in. There were five flies, multiple mosquitoes - both dead (stuck to ceiling) and alive. The walls were white but stained brown. Stains on the towels and pillowcases. Windows smeared with dirt, hair in the corners in the bathroom and inside the toilet bowl. This is the ONLY requirement of a decent hotel- cleanliness. You lose this and the standard of everything fails. Also I was given the option of a quiet room, which I requested. There are no quiet rooms, there was a music stage right outside my window playing heavy music until midnight that was so loud I could not hear the television, nor sleep. Then I was woken up at 9am by housekeeping - how do you expect guests to sleep? The hotel was extremely uncomfortable and terrible value for money. This amount of money will get you much much more somewhere else. I checked out after one night as I couldn't take another one.

Review 18：This year, there is lack of surrounding sea nets and sea cleaning staff. This have caused: 1- the garbage bags were floating everywhere. 2- the harmful jellyfish attack swimmers.

Review 33：That actually was one of the worst trips we ever spent, it was like a nightmare for myself and my family, myself and my family are suffering from a severe Intestinal colic “Diarrhea and vomiting” after having today’s breakfast at the hotel, the service and the guest were really awful and extremely low standards, people used to get it the swimming pool with full dirty cotton clothes with no comments from the hotel observers or management, the pool was full of human hair and food leftovers. even when i have tried to amuse my kids, we went to the ping pong and billiard room and paid the rent for playing some ping pong games, then we found some guys throwing away the billiard balls at the heads level, so we decided to leave the place right away as it was so risky stayed there. I have talked twice to the hotel manager and he admitted that they should confirm the social standard of people coming to the hotel in the future, unfortunately they have rented a large number of their rooms to one of labors company coming from very moderate agriculture area and of course they paid nothing comparing what we have paid, the hotel is actually cheating and I will publish the whole story on the social media to warn people going there unless they apologize for the hard time we had over there. Review 47：We've been in a lot of places in and outside of Egypt and this was probably the worst hotel we ever stayed in.First we booked a pool view room for 3 nights thinking that this will be just like any regular room but without the sea view however when we checked in our room we found out that it's a small ugly cabin that is just suitable for a day use. My mother was disgusted and wanted to leave but just because we were there for a short holiday we decided to stay but upgrade to a bigger and maybe cleaner sea view room.We called the reception to upgrade and they said there is no availability but my father decided to go to see them anyway and ask for a solution to this issue. when he went down they said that they can easily upgrade the room (!!!) and so he did. They then asked for an additional fee which is expected however the reception staff didn't communicate to him that they will charge him with a different rate than booking.com which he discovered at the time of check-out! He was on BB basis but actually ended up paying more than a half board room!In the new room, the safe wasn't working, the floor wasn't clean, the bed wasn't comfortable and the whole experience was really bad. Even food quality was really bad.We had some other family members staying in other resorts near us so we ended up by spending the days at their places as we couldn't stand this hotel and there was no availability in other hotels in this period.The hotel itself is located inside a resort with broken asphalt streets leading to it.During check-out, I asked for an invoice and then i found out that there is a huge gap between this room rate and another room rate that we've booked as well. At the beginning they said that they forgot to add the additional upgrade fees and asked me to pay it. I paid it as my father was outside the hotel and i couldn't confirm with him.

Review 53：Very old property, old furniture, broken toilet flush, untrained staff, unpleasant environment, huge price discrimination which makes it very good value for some guests and very poor value for others (some pay 150 per night double half board and some pay up to 600 per night), beach very far from hotel which made it soo unpractical with kids, strollers and baggage. We didn't find towels inside the room, and we asked for towels which were brought in very late after we called the reception and threatened to leave the hotel immediately.

Review 78：It can be very windy on the beach (october,april) there should be windbreaks. But the manager told me to think about it. Last time I had no warm water in the bathroom. No buffet in off-season during the week when there is a few guests.

Review 79：I was three times in off-season in AIDA beach hotel and I love the seaview, the beach and the colour of the sea. This are for me the most important things. Wide variety delicious open buffet for breakfast and dinner (off-season just on weekends). The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room services were good.

Review 132：Room furniture, AC system, bathroom, everything is at least 20+ years old and rarely maintained. Bathroom is not clean. Hotel rating should be 1 or 2 star at max not 4 star. Hotel is overpriced considering the above facts. Entrance gate and road makes you feel getting into a deserted place not a hotel. My advice never go there if you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel.
