Reviews for Hotel Landhaus Milser
Review 1:we booked a comfort room. The room was extremely basic. Only some straight chairs; only one (wine)glass for the room bar, not sufficient light.Simple breakfast buffet.
Review 2:spacy room, availebility public transport
Review 3:Shouldn't have booked an economy room. It was noisy because it was situated next to the heating room. The description didn't mention that it was in the basement. The staff at the reception was not too friendly.
Review 4:The location is very nice and the Italian restaurant definitely recommendable.
Review 5:The rooms at the front were hot and noisy, so asked to change to a couple of rooms at the back on our return the following week, the receptionist agreed for the same price, but when we arrived we got the same rooms as previously, even had to call the manager. After a heated debate we got one room changed, but my other family had to stay put, because they had 2 young children who were not entitled to a separate room, we booked a family room, which they don't provide. We were told, we got the cheaper rooms , because we booked through Booking.com
Review 6:The breakfast
Review 7:Desk staff were very unfriendly, there was no greeting, the girl even interrupted me when I was greeting a friend. The cleanliness of the hotel was not good. The staff were not at all helpful
Review 8:outside of hotel looked great
Review 9:We stayed one night on the way north and found the rooms overlooking a busy roundabout, hot weather and no aircon, asked to move for the night on the way back, but no way, after a promise on the same basis. Called the manager, after being fobbed off by reception staff and a poor excuse, our rooms where the cheap ones, the hotel has no family rooms, so they where not entitled to their own room. Never again.
Review 10:The bathroom, lift and breakfast were brilliant.
Review 11:Family room very small, no in room tea/coffee facilities, overcomplicated air conditioning unit with no user manual.
Review 12:Polite bar/restaurant staff. Great breakfast.
Review 13:The room was very basic. No safe, no coffee/tea making facilities no toiletries provided just a soap dispenser on the wall. The breakfast buffet was not refilled so you had to make do with the leftovers for the last hour of breakfast time.
Review 14:The location was very convenient
Review 15:Sloopy internet, and no aircon in my economy room. I doubt hotel has any AC so on the hot days it could an issue.
Review 16:Old fashion German standard, spacious, well maintained hotel. Perfect breakfast and location suitable to one night rest on the journey to more exciting places.
Review 17:Free parking and a working wifi is a good start of a visit. Room was really nice with balcony. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a nice size as well. Hotel restaurant was really good and the breakfast was good as well.
Review 18:Our room was not clean properly, empty bottles in mini bar, small items under furniture which our children could easily reach, one travel cots was broken. In restaurant my husband was charged for 4 JD's even he had only 2. I have signed the docket in rush but in the morning I was told that I have signed it and they can not correct it. Not fair. Children made a bit of mess in restaurant - nothing was destroyed or broken and you could easliy clean it in 3 minutes but staff showed us how angry they are. 'Hospes hospiti sacer' does not exist here anymore. It was our second stay in this hotel and the last one.Sorry.
