Review 1：no reception on site, as it is a part of a hotel that resides in another place in the town, a few kilometers from there. Took more than 10 mins for someone to arrive in order to open the door while it was cold and snowing.

Review 4：For this price the accommodation is very simple. The beds were awfall. Some slats of the bedbase were missing. The bed made a lot of noise if we turned over. We placed the mattress on the floor to get some sleep. We told the lady at the breakfast about this and she assured us that they were going to do something about it.

Review 11：The location is awesome, 15 min drive from titisee and 30 min from Freiburg. the staff is great, remarkable service! and the rooms.... just fantastic with amazing view and easy access to the car. great position in the great forest, easy to get to other places with a car at hand.

Review 44：we came for one night and had to leave 05:00 to the airport, so we couldn't have breakfast. they charged us for breakfast even thou we didn't have it.

Review 45：The room was dirty with rubbish on the floor behind the bathroom door and hadn't been dusted as there were dead insects around. There were lots of harmless flies in the room due to being in the country, which were very annoying at night buzzing around. We booked the hotel on the understanding there was at least a bar, but this consisted of beer only in a vending machine. We also paid extra for a room with a balcony but it was a shared balcony, which overlooked our car parked outside so was a waste of money.
