Review 1：Drinks and snacks etc are very expensive. Since no shops are nearby, this is an irritation.

Review 5：My room was not clean and it had a cat smell all over ... even the curtains were hairy after a cat. When I asked for some help regarding the third bed I did not meet a welcoming attitude of the staff. After a long day at work, arriving late to the hotel I asked for a meal as it should be available until 11:30 ... the young willing to help waitress had to argue with someone in the kitchen to get me a meal.

Review 7：Facilities, location, surroundings, architecture and Danish interior and design, open fires, the gourmet restaurant Tree Top is excellent with delicious food, wine and top service, good Danish breakfast. The ambience of the hotel is very nice.

Review 41：I had two experiences completely different! One in a triple standard room and one after upgrading to a deluxe room. We really enjoyed th last one having an excellent view of the fyord from a great balcony and a wall size window! it also had a very confortable bed and bathroom! Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and food quality.

Review 42：The 'family room' is tight for 4 people. Being there as a business traveller would have been great but being there as a family, the room felt rather small. The carpet in our room could have been newer. Prices in the bar are quite high.

Review 43：Clearly a hotel meant for businesses and conferences. However in the summer they have nice deals for families and the close proximity to Legoland makes it a good option. Nice intereriour especially in the reception area and restaurant. They had some nice deals in the bar meant for families eg 2 drinks for 100 DKK and some nice bbq buffett for dinner. Play room for the kids with a play station and some toys and games.

Review 50：The atmosphere is unique with the opulent and classic design of the interior, the "park" and the terraces, the views, the many choices of things to do, and last but not least; the excellent food, and wine list, in the restaurants. The staff is friendly and service minded, of course.

Review 51：No bathrobe in the rooms and only two common locker rooms at the pool(one for each gender). This means that if you want to use the pool, youmight have to change in front of other people. This is no problem forScandinavian, but for others it might feel a bit promiscuous. Hangers inthe wardrobe are quite high, unless you are above 1,70 m you would haveto use a chair to hang your clothes.
