Review 1：Apartments are too old, not clean at all, they changed my apartment 2 times until i have found a good place to stay and asked for the bathroom amenities many times before they have provided.

Review 3：Very high price for nothing. The facility is not well maintained. The smelled really bad. The staff were starring at my wife all the time. I shouted at one of themthem.

Review 5：1. Cleanliness level was below average 2. We were not told at check-in that we have free access to the aqua park so we missed it! 3. A towe in the bathroom was torn and had hair apparently from a previous guest!! 4. Couch in the living room was dirty 5. Kitchen plates and glasses were not clean 6. The pool cleaning process takes place really late that we couldn't use the pool before our checkout time as it would have been available after 2 PM!! 7. Hotel location on booking.com was incorrect!! The registered location is opposite side from Porto Marina which is in Marina 3, while the hotel was after Marina 7!! This hotel cannot be a 5 stars hotel, it's not even on 4 stars level! Awful!!

Review 7：Only one elevator for a huge building and Imagine it! Housekeeping staff used to take the elevators while going down while filling it with cleaning staff to make sure they get it back upwards regardless who is waiting with kids or whatever!! The worst is that u don't have access to sea except for 20 km away beach for assiut university village !

Review 13：Great location close to Marina 6, Hacienda & Marassi. All rooms are overlooking a lake with a pool embedded within, the view was amazing from our room balcony. Staff were very nice and polite. Price is great compared to prices in this area. The strip that is around the lake is a destination for people even from outside the resort with excellent and famous restaurants.

Review 17：When i called the room service and asked for some ice they said yes sir. And i didn't get it for two hours and when i called again they said it's coming right and in another 30 minutes it wasn't there. I called again and said where's the ice and they say it's coming right now give it 1 minute. And after that i called the reception and asked for the manager and he said i will make sure myself that the ice comes up to you now, I replied thank you. The bucket of ice still didn't come and when i called the manager again he start raisimg his voice and shouting saying we don't have to bring you ice, i said i wouldn't care if you told me that at the beging and that you can't bring it but they made me wait.

Review 24：There was too much noise coming from the DJ outside to the extent that I and my family were not able to talk/listen to each other, and I had to make a fight with the staff every night so they would turn down the volume

Review 33：I didn't like the apartment and I didn't feel it was clean. I was surprised to find that the location wasn't directly related to the beach and the sea. The reception desk was difficult to be found. There were no directions and the security at the gate weren't helpful at all.

Review 35：At porto marina beach, they told us that we are not entitled for towels and we have to go back to golf porto marina and bring towels from there(some kilometers away). When i talked to the reception manager named abdullah, he told the staff to give me the towels i needed. It turned out that abdullah is the one to make this decision and it wasn't the first time to face this as i was told by the staff, and every time he tells them to give the guests what they needed. He just can't spare his guests the bad experience and his staff the embarrasment. All this happened when it was a low season, imagine when it is high season!! The pool were not clean
