Review 1：traveling with other colleagues for work, we booked the same room on two different platforms. I got the worse rate on booking.com. Once there a colleague who got lower rate than me got even upgraded to a much better room... when discussing at the reception I was told: "well, it is like this!" as in "who told you that life is fair...". I know life is unfair do not like it! Too electronic-contact, not human!

Review 2：Lack of aircon was a shame, room did get pretty hot even with window wide open.

Review 4：had to walk around an entire block to get to 'boarding house', rooms were not in the main hotel. wifi didn't work. we had 5 rooms, 4 of them were the size of a closet. rug was stained everywhere, showers had no curtains, rooms were freezing when we arrived, heat wasn't on until we went in and it took half the night to warm up. would not come back

Review 11：The hotel did not have the booking.com confirmation email / message. In the end I got a room for a good price but it could be a risk once Duisburg fills up quickly.

Review 12：On street parking costs more than the 8 Euro a day stated on the website. Also, the use of the square for an arts festival for three days, and a city fun run on another, made parking extremely difficult - we were probably unlucky in our timing. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room :-(

Review 13：It's geographical location made touring Duisburg and dining out extremely easy. Good sized rooms, large comfortable bed, excellent shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient breakfast.

Review 14：No complaints, but remarks:- Few TV channels, and only in German. A news channel in English would be useful. - No tea/coffee in the room. - Maintenance of carpets, chairs would do good to the hotel.
