Review 4：Great staff, great underground parking, very clean everywhere, great breakfast with very attentive staff there too. Arrived late saturday and was taken to room and told they would start sauna for me anytime. Great Italian restaurant 300 m away. I have only one minus and that was the mattress. It was the hardest bed I have ever slept on and I still have stiff painful back after 2 days. Not even fIr to call it a mattress, it was so bad. Real shame as the hotel, facilities and staff was amazing.

Review 5：incredibly dirty.. blood stains on the floor and on the wall.. never seen that before in a supposedly 4 stars was sent to the building next to hotel with those flats.. 5 floors to climb without elevator................... I also asked parking place, indeed the only thing I really wanted... I arrive and 'too bad it is full'........................... very disapointted for the price paid

Review 8：Room was stylish, modern and new. Quality in all details. Hotel lies in walking distance from the shopping area. Breakfast was perfect! The person in charge was attentive and and served us fresh orange juice. The coffee tasted delicious! Also parking in the secure cellar is a major plus!

Review 12：This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great location in the city centre in Duisburg, close to trams and railway.

Review 13：The room was very dated and in desperate need of upgrading. I had a double bed with 2 single duvets and a base sheet only...was just like a basic skiing type hotel room. The toiletries left in the bathroom were like going back to the dark ages, shampoo and shower gel in little foil packets. So if you intend to stay here remember to take your own toiletries. WiFi was available but you need a different code for each device. So I had to get 3 codes...not quite sure what that is all about..!! Price of this hotel was extremely high at the time I stayed and was the worst value for money that I have ever encountered. Don't stay here if you have other choices.
