Review 1：The only thing that could be improved would be the quality of the morning coffee which was just OK.

Review 8：We stayed for 2 nights at the der Bar to join our friends who werestaying elsewhere in Ellmau. From the moment we arrived we were made tofeel welcome - the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff wereexceptional and our room was very clean and comfortable. There weregreat views from our room, the bar and the restaurant.. We dined in thehotel with our friends on the first night and we all thought the mealand the wines suggested by the restaurant manager (Robert) wereoutstanding. We had to check-out very early on our last day before thenormal breakfast time but a full breakfast was still made available tous. A beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff.
Review 9：Great Hotel, not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for in this case. It was Ski in Ski out but this may have been due to the huge amount of snow this year and may not always be the case. We booked a superior suite which was a large 2 bedroom apartment with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. This is an excellent location in Ellmau as it is within walking distance of all the town has to offer. I would definitely go back there again.
