Review 1：Hotel threatened to charge my credit card although it was only given as security, and I did not give permission. A satisfactory resolution was found.

Review 3：We stayed for 3 days, every day room was cleaned as we would be checked out. We visited fair in Essen so we took with us all our bags. Last day we left in room some small closing and it was taken away. Owner should tell maid which rooms are checked out. There is no free parking around hotel. Free parking on street is possible 20:00 - 9:00. Fee is 1.5 eur first hour and up to 3/3.5 eur for 3rd hour.

Review 5：Wierd staff. We had to Wait outside for 20 min to check in because no one opened the door. He wasn't sorry and acted wierd. When we came he greeted us with "yyyuuuh!?"

Review 7：The room was clean and comfortable. I had a room with a shared bathroom. The toilets and shower room were always clean and I didn't have to wait for either. The staff were very helpful and flexible about arrival and check out times which I really appreciated. Thank you very much!
