Review 1：Excellent location near town centre, close to departure point for Rhine river cruises. Modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner available. Highly recommended!

Review 2：The room was excellent and not so long ago renovated. Bathroom also superb. The hotel is located at short walking distance of the "Drosselgasse" and at a quiet location. Sufficient car parking facilities at the hotel location.

Review 3：They only have 1 room with 3 beds. It is located directly over the intersection of a road that gets traffic all night. It was very hard to sleep. I asked for another room on arrival and they said this was the only room that could accommodate my family. I booked a month ahead and stayed mid week. Sleep was not very restful.

Gourmet restaurant is excellent!!!

Review 7：The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was lovely, spacious and had air conditioning. Close to everything, the Marketplace, the Drosselgasse, Cable car, stores and restaurants. The staff friendly and the breakfast delicious. We would stay here again.

Review 9：The room we stayed in was a delux and it was worth every penny. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and staff were very attentive. Rudesheim is a beautiful place to visit, lots to see.

Review 21：This hotel is in a great location and all staff were very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We had the junior suite which had a nice sitting area. It was very clean and bright.

Review 22：Although not a serious issue during our stay, air-conditioning would help to improve sleep when temperatures are higher at bedtime. Member of staff using her key to come into the room when we did not respond to her knock on the door quickly enough shortly after we took over the room.

Review 24：The room, number 435, had several windows, including a stained glass window with ample space, sofa, desk, wardrobe, comfortable chairs, a table and a fantastic bathroom with a window you could open. The beds were comfortable. There was free parking and wifi. Staff spoke English. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs and bacon, pate, fruits, authentic hot croissants, cheeses, all types of juices, condiments, etc. One of the best things about this room is that it had electric external blinds. So you have those blinds down to block out the light, but then the windows open to get the night air, without any wasps or bees from the flowers outside in the window boxes. Very well thought out, polished and professional boutique hotel. We loved it. The adjacent restaurant also has an excellent dinner too! We had some flaming coffee- definitely a must do. The waitress brings coffee, liquor, sugar, and fire. She lights the sugar and alcohol on fire at your table and completes it with coffee and cream. It was fantastic, both in presentation and in a very unique ceramic vase style antique looking mug.

Review 26：Very warm greeting. Very helpful smiling staff. Fabulous breakfast. Comfortable quiet room. Wi-Fi and parking no extra charge. We stayed in a double on the backside of the building. Although the bathroom was small the shower itself had great water pressure. We love that from the hotel the town is easily accessible, to sight as well as food as well as other like hiking and biking. Rhein river tours are ate you back door. Location with easy access to Frankfurt airport. Great for your first day or two in the country.

If you have experience with the old European straight pipe toilets with no trap to block odors, you know what this place smelled like. This alone disqualifies the hotel for any rational person. The hotel staff seemed blithely unconcerned about the issue. We stayed in our first European hotel in 1960, so we know what we are talking about.

Review 90：I had difficulty logging onto the internet in my room, but it worked well in the hotel foyer, which was no problem for me, and more socialable, as I was able to meet other guests as they came in or out of the hotel.

Review 91：This hotel is beautifully decorated with ornamental ducks adding to the friendly atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very helpful and made me feel at home. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the busy tourist streets, but far enough away so there was no noise at night. I travelled by train and it was an easy walk from the train station.
