Review 1：I have never ever had such a good service in Germany! Super! Welcome drink, fantastic breakfast, kinder room! At first time I thought it was a bit expensive, but it is worth it!

Review 2：The wifi didn't work at all in our room. We were at the end of the 3rd floor, and we had to sit down the hall by the elevator for it to work...and even then it wouldn't connect all the time. Each time a device would disconnect, the code had to be reentered. I'd much rather pay for WIFI and have it work, and stay connected. No fans or coffee in the rooms. We didn't eat at the hotel for dinner, because the menu seemed limited. There was confusion about our booking upon check in, and so we were charged for our children double what we expected. Apparently the "pull out sofa" doesn't constitute an existing bed. Had I know that, I wouldn't have booked the room.

Review 3：Most of the staff was wonderful! The location was good. The breakfast was delicious, and on Sunday even had Champagne. There is even a kids area in the breakfast, with fun dishes, and foods just for the kids. Everything seemed very clean. The indoor pool was nice. Robes are given in the rooms, even little ones for the kids.

Review 7：This is a fantastic hotel. Lovely, clean, friendly English speaking staff. Ideal location. Perfect car parking. Best breakfast ever! Near to pier and local amenities.

Review 8：Wifi and mobile reception were bad, which has pros and cons. Room quality was good but could use an update. Guests were more families and elderly people which is fine but as a younger couple you stand out.

Review 11：The hotel is perfectly managed, lots of little attentions towards the guests like the complementary water in the room. The restaurant is really good and although the prices are slightly higher than the average in Sellin they are perfectly justified by the food quality and the service. Perfect location for relaxation, wonderful view of the sea, quiet, just a 5 min walk from the main street. Plenty of free parking.

Review 15：Our stay at this hotel was simply great. Location, rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast all extremely good. We were offered free prosecco as a welcome and free water and apple juice everyday in our minibar. Swimming pool and saunas are very clean, with good quality. We haven't tried the restaurant for dinner but it was really nice to have drinks at the bar of the hotel. The couches next to the fireplace were very comfortable and cozy. We loved every minute of our stay. Sellin in general is also a very nice location to relax. Great fish restaurants and a very relaxed atmosphere. Incredibly nice beach with very clean sand.

Review 20：It's a silly thing but the hotel wi-fi didn't work. It was not a big deal and because it was Easter weekend we understood why they couldn't get someone to fix it.

Review 24：Altough we had wanted a room which has a direct sea view, our room hadno direct sea view. Because the rooms which are on ground floor andfirst floor have only a bit sea view on the left side. Besides the roomthey gave us, had the worst view of the hotel, but we paid the sameprice. The hotel should say it and should not take the same price. Wesaid that but the personel didn't care it. If the room view isimportant for you, you should absolutely say. Holiday with a small childhere was full of stress, because lots of people were old and their eyeswere always on us when our child made a small voice and the personelwere careful about this. It was very disturbing for us.

Review 27：Everything. Well-trained professional staff, totally unservile. Meals excellent, a variety of local dishes skilfully cooked and presented. Pool, sauna and steam bath all freely available - only extra charge for spa pampering was quite reasonable.

Review 31：Very, very friendly, familiar "wellcoming" to the Hotel. A sparkling Drink in the Lounge (on the House.) We "upgrated" the room to a Suite with 2 balconies! (when we first got a room "on the first floor"; no good view!.) Now, 180 degrees seaview! Very good restaurant! Pot of homemaid marmalade was given as a gift at departure! Lovely staff!

Review 36：the room with the direct sea view does not have a direct sea view! We had a room number 110 on the ground floor and it overlooked a hill, so you can have only partial/side sea view. I find it is not fair to describe and sell this room for the price of "direct sea view". the furniture is a bit old fashioned, the breakfast is just ok.

Between the hotel and the main street (Wilhemstrasse) thereare new hotels being built which makes the location of the hotelless 'remote' (if you can speak of a 'remote' area close to thebeach anyway!).

Review 41：The hotel is nicely situated with a splendid view but still quiet. Therooms look nice and cosy and the swimming pool is larger than one wouldguess from the photos. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffetwas excellent, on our last day we were even able to enjoy it from theterrass with a view on the beach and the cliffs.
