Review 1：To go to Hotel side you have to pass through 2 bar and 1 Sushi Restauran with all your luggage which does not seem really pleasant. also we were in ground flour rooms and we had to shut our curtans entire our stay which was not pleasant.

Review 3：Very bad service, no interest or smile. Food was bad, two course dinner was extremely bad. Facilities poor. I felt very uncomfortable in this hotel. Like it was all too much for personnel to handle.

Review 15：If you have to go to your room you have to walk through SUSHI RESTAURANT, so everytime that you go in your room you are stopped by restaurant staff for a "welcome" to eat sushi. The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was very small. if you had the right leg, it was impossible seat on the WC because it was too close to the radiator. at the breakfast there wasn't a table for two or four persons, only big table for 30 persons. There was a meeting and the reception said me "don't walk through the breakfast room after 9:30" but at 8:45 I had to walk around the hotel, in the street, because all doors were closed. In my opinion all above things are not possible in a Best Western hotel.

Review 17：Next to church so count on having ear plugs with. Had to open windows too hot with no air conditioner. The sound of church bells ringing will guarantee you a wake up with no alarm. The corridors carpet was moldy and the smell was horrible - i have pics of that. Bathroom are old and flushing problem. Sewage smell and bathroom doors need to be kept closed all the time an windows open which make you get All the noise and people smoking underneath in the square. I would say this is like 1 star motel.

Review 45：It's not 4 stars hotel, not even close. Bathroom is a shame, it is very very basic, with open shower (curtain only) so everything is wet. Some amenities are included, but mostly wall-mounted liquid soap, our was broken. Tissue box also mounted, falling down twice a day. Staff didn't clean the coffee cups, one day we had 4 glasses in the fridge, the other - none.
