Please note, during winter season it is not possible to access the hotel by car. Guests must leave their car in an outdoor car park 3.7 miles from the hotel and property staff will pick them up with snowmobiles. This transportation is not included in the room price.Please let the property know your expected arrival time at least 5 days in advance, using the contact details found on your booking confirmation, in order to organise transport to the hotel by snowmobile.There are only 5 trips per day. Guests will drive the snowmobile themselves under the instruction of the guides.When it is not possible to travel by snowmobile because of the weather, staff will pick the guest up in 4x4 vehicles.Spa and wellness services, such as the thermal pool, sauna, hot tub, are not included in the room rate. These services are available for EUR 12,10 per stay per person. A Massage service can also be booked upon request.Please note that there is no TV reception in the hotel.
