Review 1：The owners are very helpful and friendly. They helped us to find a car to rent, a very good local restaurant and to get around the island. Ask them if you have questions. The value for money is unbeatable because of included full-english breakfast and the location which is close to the main highway in the south. With a car you can reach all the interesting places (Siam Park ~ 12 min, Los Christianos ~ 15 min, Las Americas ~ 20 min, Santa Cruz ~ 1 h and Cable car to El Teide ~ 1.5 h) You've got good stores around the corner as well: Tasca casa fumero (canarian restaurant), minimarket and a cafe with delicious sweet cakes. If you don't like to stay in a posh hotel with retired people and you prefer the local culture, you should stay here.
Review 2：Hotel service was very kind. Room was clean and moderate. For this price I didn't expect anything fancy. As it is away from main turistic areas, it is quiet in the evenings. With rental car easy and fast to reach airport and main beaches.

Review 7：Although it takes 15 min to get to the coast, the location is not great (no supermarket in the vicinity, only one pretty good restaurant...). There is no wifi connection in the room. An the room equipment is really minimal - you have got only the necessary things.

Review 9：Very simple accommodation, our room had windows facing patio, i.e. we had to keep curtains shut at the morning or anyone would be able to peek into the room.
Review 10：We booked this pension as our ferry was canceled and we urgently needed a place to spend one night - this one was not too far from the port (for travel with car!), has no parking problems and fairly cheap taking into account that breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly and helpful. English breakfast is included.
