Review 1：I stayed in this hotel for only two nights prior to moving into another property. It was an ideal location and my room was very spacious, light and open with an excellent view of the lake. I was very impressed with my room and would definitely recommend staying there to anyone else.

Review 4：Difficulty in getting hold of reception staff on checking in. What is the point of a reception if there is no one to receive you? No difficulty with reception on checking out of course, when they want your money! In the 21st century, WiFi should be available throughout the hotel - not just in public areas!!

Review 27：Garage parking is not easy to find at first time, so it's better to explain in advance. It is not hotel parking lot so you have to walk 2~3 min from garage to hotel. When you park at pubic garage and give your ticket to the reception, then they give you special ticket for hotel guests that costs 9 euro per day.
Review 28：I stayed at double bed room with balcony, and the view from balcony is stunning. Location is excellent and facilities are quite clean and modern while it has a history. Very satisfied.
Review 29：The numbering of the Rathausplatz was confusing. You must say it must be very easy to find the hotel. I probably should have just asked.
Review 30：The hotel did not require a credit card for a reservation. A few days before my arrival I phoned to check if they do not really need my credit card details and they assured me that my room is reserved. My train arrived early and I intended to go around before I check in, but the weather was not nice so I tried my luck. The hotel staff just asked for my reservation number and did not ask for payment method whatsoever and before 11 am I was already enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains from my window. Breakfast was fantastic - food items were not just on one but on many. The staff who was responsible for breakfast was wearing their local costume (Trachten) and it even made the morning unique. And yes, when I had lunch there (my fish and salad and wine were excellent!), I've noticed that they were wearing Trachten too, which is nice, I think. My room is very modern: I suppose it's ideal for honeymooners - you can see the beautiful scenery from your bathroom. I had a waterbed which was kind of nice for tired feet. The most unforgettable I would say is to see so many swans early in the morning. It was like a dream. What else...Did I write already that the staff are great? And location - location is the best.
