Review 1：Outdated and even a bit run down here and there ( carpets, shower ). The picture of the pool area on booking.com looks more luxurious than it was in reality.
Review 2：Very centrally located, free parking, nice staff. It is an old fashioned hotel with some nice elements ( nice wooden stairs), but also disadvantages. In my opinion a decent, but very average hotel.

Review 7：It is not diadvantage of the hotel, but we had reach Sna Juan Sunday night , so no much shops were open and could not enjoy shopping.
Review 8：The parking is very near the hotel in spite that the hotel is located in the town center. And the receptionist can not speak English so well, but they tried to take care of us so much. We had prefered Cuyo area more than before thanks to this trip.

Review 13：Everything in the room was clean, up to date and thuis above Argentinean standards. We even stayed a night extra as it was very comfortable. Also the staff was of great help, although they hardly spoke English. Great stay!
Review 14：I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, one before and the other after my trip. The first night I stayed in a smoking-room, although I had booked a non-smoking. TV did not work properly, whereas the 2nd night the room was equipped with more modern and functioning TV. Overall no complaints

Review 16：The pictures of the hotel were much better than the hotel in reality which seemed outdated and in need of modernisation. Breakfast was disappointing and our bathroom was dark and damp. We arrived with a lot of luggage and did not receive any help from the hotel with our bags so we had to make multiple journeys from the lobby.

Review 20：Location adjacent to main plaza and walking street is perfect. Enjoyed evenings on the pool deck playing cards, drinking wine and eventually having a late evening dinner under the stars. Room was clean, staff friendly and we felt safe and comfortable. Parking is free and secure.
