Review 1：First room shower head was broken. Next stay the shower door was gone and only shower curtain. Floor was always flooded after shower.

Review 3：Poor room service - limited food selection Mon-Sat and non-existent on Sundays. Never been in a 4-star hotel before with no restaurant open on Sundays. However, this seems to be a Germany-wide problem.

Got a snack at check-in because I had the Loyalty Card of the hotel. Gelly bears on the pillow :). Did not try the restaurant / bar / breakfast. Tried the wine bar across the street. Nice!

On site parking. Food and service was 5 star. The rooms were large and very comfortable with very nice bathrooms. Could not ask for more for the price. Will stay here again. next time I am in the region.
Review 40：There should be safe deposit box in every room to keep valuables like passport and others things. In this hotel staff is uncooperative, they did not listen to any request. At reception they sit behind the wall and not on the counter.

This fortunately didn't carryover to the room, which had a modern, pleasant look.18 EUR for breakfast is too much, and I had initially declined breakfast for this reason. When I changed my mind the next morning and went to the restaurant, I was told in the breakfast restaurant that it was only 9 EUR, but this turned out to be false: I was charged 18 EUR on my final bill. Quite annoying. The room was very hot when I arrived, though turning on the AC quickly rectified this.
Review 42：My room was beautiful and spacious, with a warm and modern decor. Thewifi was unusually good for a hotel. Breakfast was a slightly betterversion of the typical breakfast buffet you see at 4 star hotels theseday, but it is overpriced at 18 eur.I only ended up in Duisburg when a train delay caused me to miss my connection late at night. Due to the late arrival, I got an unusually good deal (60% discount) on the room.

Review 95：We had asked to be on a quiet street and the first room was on the main street and very basic. However, this was rectified (see comment alongside).

Review 97：Terrible room :( I ordered Superior single room for my mother visiting me for the wedding - the room was around 20 m2 big, the walls were dirty (!), it seemed not to be renovated for ages. And it costed 727 Euro for 3 nights! Ah, the shower cabine was in the room separately from the bathroom. The bathroom was very small, with a little sink in it the way you have it in bad restaurants. Terrible. Especially for this money.

Review 99：1-Firstly they gave me a very small room in the first floor where the smell of food from the restaurant or kitchen was really annoying and although in booking.com it was mentioned that there are only 2 more rooms available, I got to know that there were lots of empty rooms available ! (Is it some kind of trick to show that a hotel is favorable??) I changed my room later at the arrival date. 2- The breakfast was always the same and you could have more interesting breakfasts in many restaurants round the corner with much lower price! 3- The last but not the least, they charge you a big amount for the telephone calls, if you touch the phone, they charge you 9 Euros ! now guess how they will charge you if you make a telephone call ! when I objected the person in reception kept on telling me that the boss was not available and I can pay the whole amount and then correspond to them to see if there was any mistake !! I also saw a gentleman from Italy who was so angry about the amount they charged him for telephone calls
