Review 1：We had to climb stairs with five luggage due to lack of lift on our side of the property. Other guests seems to have a lift facility. Staff at the reception was not so good in conversing in English, which for us is a bit of a problem. Yet overall we managed to agree.

Review 6：Everything, the family were very welcoming, they never stopped, ensuring we had a lovely stay. We ate at the hotel and again it was lovely. The breakfast was good and despite it due to finish in 15 mins, food and drinks were still being replaced. Would highly recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Review 7：Reception on arrival , no hello , glared at by bar staff Dealt with people in the queue behind us first knowing full well we were there first . Handed booking form with a grunt , then key slid across the desk to us Some basic manners and greeting skills need to be used . Check out in the morning was very different , young man very polite and helpful

Review 10：Everything. Starting with the hospitality of the local people. The countryside is beyond beautiful, with a postcard like feeling of this small village town. The caretakers were nothing but helpful and courteous. Very clean and spacious,along with the most comfortable bed and pillow we've had in Germany. The breakfast was excellent with a great assortment of breads,cereals,fruit,yogurt,and the best scrambled eggs ever. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the peacefulness of a true German Countryside town. A 10+ rating is well deserved.

Review 11：We stayed in a family apartment, which was clean and modern. The beds are comfortable, and bathroom is also very clean and modern. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi in the room was good. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Free wifi was really useful and at a reasonable speed too. Lenzkirch is a great location for visiting all of the Southern Black Forest.

Review 51：This hotel a much underated. In my opinion it should be a 4 star and nota 3 star. My wife and myself spent 12 nights at the hotel and could notfind fault with anything The rooms were excellent the as was the food'although we did request smaller portions as the evening meals were quitelarge. Breakfast was buffet and as much as you wanted. We had no troublewith language although the elderly propriator did not understand Englishvery much there was always one of the staff that could help. The onewaitress was very helpful. If staying there unless you are on a walkingholiday it is preferable to have transport as it is a fair walk from thetown. We are elderly but even with a two day drive to the place I hopeto go again.

Review 52：The Schworer family were so helpful. They even let me use a clothes dryer to dry some items I had washed by hand that had not dried after a day. The location in Lenzkirch is perfect to easily get to the sights and attractions in the Black Forest yet it is a quiet town. There are several nice restaurants and a grocery store as well.

Review 58：We chose this hotel because it advertised that it had wifi. Discovered that the wifi signal was very weak and only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms. Rooms, whilst newly remodeled, were basic and sparse and not very big. For the price I was hoping for something a little more luxurious with more included amenities (tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice). Location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there are very few options for dinner except eating at the hotel or driving 30 mins. Found the staff to be unfriendly and uncomfortable with English speaking guests.

Review 59：Hotel has been recently renovated, so rooms are modern and new. The hotel has free car parking available. The included breakfast was in the German style, but was plentiful and varied. Hotel restaurant has good food. Room was very clean.
